Abstract:

The purpose of this study was to analyze the factors affecting the job satisfaction of soldiers in the organizations of Jihad-e-Agriculture in the northwest provinces of Iran. The statistical population of the study consisted of soldiers serving in Jihad-e-Agriculture organizations in the provinces of East Azarbaijan, West Azarbaijan and Ardebil. 244 of them were selected by random sampling for the study. In order to collect data, a survey tool was used in the form of a questionnaire and interview. The questionnaire included closed questions and a number of open questions whose formal validity was confirmed by experts. In order to test the reliability of the questionnaire, a pilot study was conducted outside the sample and the Cronbach's alpha coefficients was calculated for different indices. The results showed that the variables of the welfare conditions of the work environment, the relationship between the soldiers, the relationship of officials with the soldiers, the motivation of progress and service motivation have a significant correlation with job satisfaction. Also, the results of regression analysis showed that the variables of achievement motivation, relationship between soldiers and the relationship between officials with soldiers predict about 40% of changes in the job satisfaction of soldiers.

Abstract:

The present study aimed to investigate the relationship between the dimensions of an effective PROFESSOR, from the students' viewpoints, and learning styles of post-graduate students of Islamic Azad University, Khorasgan, in academic year 1391-92. Descriptive-explanatory method was applied in this research. The population included 3548 post graduate students; 350 of whom were selected by Morgan Table and stratified random sampling method. Data collecting tool included a researcher-made questionnaire, focusing on the dimensions of an effective PROFESSOR in four areas (personality characteristics, classroom management, teaching process, demographic features) with 89 items, and Kolb questionnaire of learning styles which included 12 questions. For validity confirmation of the questionnaire of the dimensions of an effective PROFESSOR, content and face validity were used; for reliability, Cronbach Alpha Coefficient was applied (0.96). The reliability of Kolb questionnaire of learning styles was calculated as 0.79. Data were, then, analyzed on two descriptive an inferential statistics levels. The results indicated that teacher's personality characteristics, classroom management, and teaching process were related to the students' learning styles. However, no significant statistical relationship was observed between demographic features of the PROFESSOR and learning styles of the students. That is to say that the characteristics of an effective PROFESSOR and learning styles of the students were significantly related. The results also indicated that there was no statistical difference between learning styles of the students and the characteristics of an effective PROFESSOR according to the gender and faculty.

Abstract:

The main purpose of this study is a comparison between social evolution with the interpretation and words of PROFESSOR Motahari and Herbert Spencer's point of view. The method used in this study is descriptive-comparative and the means of collecting data is, authentic documents, evidence, books and articles through library method. The results of this research show that, although Spencer's evolutionary approach is different from Motahari's view on the concept of evolution, both of them have dealt with this concept with two different views. One with a religious view influenced by the religious teachings of Islam and some social and religious thinkers such as Allameh Tabatabaei and the other with a sociological approach and influenced by the ideas of Darwin and Lamarck. For example, they both share the definition of social evolution, which means more diversity and division of labor, as well as not believing in unilinear evolution. However, from Shahid Motahari's point of view, social evolution emerges through collective agreements and adaptations, not through differences and contradictions,But Spencer sees the evolution of society as the result of political and regional wars.

Abstract:

The educational system that was created with the beginning of the use of the Internet is constantly expanding and becoming more advanced with the evolution of Internet technologies. In the last decade, e-learning has affected many software programs. The purpose of writing this article was to investigate the educational application and express the advantages and problems of working with Farhangian University's virtual education system, based on the experiences of the user-PROFESSOR from 2015-2020 which was done by qualitative description and expression of spontaneous experiences. After examining the background of the arrival of virtual education in the Middle East, Iran and in particular, Farhangian University, the barriers to Internet access and acceptance of virtual education in Middle Eastern countries were expressed based on the research of the last decade. A review of the history of launching the LMS e-learning system of Farhangian University for students-teachers, revealed that this university has been active in introducing and applying virtual education, in holding various formal and informal courses since 2015. In dividing the advantages and disadvantages of working with the LMS system by SWOT method, it was found that half of the problems of working with the system are affected by external components; However, with the increase in the number of users and the demand for wider services with the outbreak of the Covid-19 pandemic, in March 2017, this system encountered practical problems that indicate the need to review and strengthen the infrastructure of Farhangian University's virtual education system.

Abstract:

The present study compares two industrial state universities in terms of their quality. This was a field study using descriptive and functional research methods. The statistical population consists of all the faculty members, managers and staff whose organizational positions were equal, or higher, to experts at state universities. The research sample consisted of 663 people from two industrial-state universities (Amirkabir and Shahroud) selected through stratified sampling in which the statistical population of Iranian state universities were divided into 3 groups (developed, underdeveloped and undeveloped) in terms of two factors of industrial and non-industrial division. The data was collected using library sources, and two questionnaires were developed by the researcher (the faculty member questionnaire and the questionnaire for department managers, staff and university experts). The data was analyzed using computer programs, SPSS and Excel, as well as the parameters of the descriptive and inferential statistics, so it showed that these universities have on average the standards of the common quality models (will be described completely in the introduction). In this study, the common quality models are ISO10015, Deming quality model, Juran quality model, EFQM, ANSI and IWA2 which were used to develop two questionnaires; they are also studied as a standard in analyzing the quality of the two universities. Based on the findings, it was concluded that the two universities are at an average level in terms of quality parameters; compared with the common quality models, they were also at an average level of quality factors.
