Lean thinking requires certain techniques and tools to support lean processing and to penetrate an organization in which 5S system (sorting, set in order, shining, standardization, sustaining) is to develop value process workflow system. Kanban, a card containing a set of manufacturing specifications and requirements used to regulate the supply of components, is one of the most famous and important lean tools.5S system is in fact a technique to minimize wastes in the workplace and thereby can establish a better environment, a better communication, optimize productivity and eventually provides a general 5S system in the organization.5S system has been founded in the West and was developed in Japan and evolved all around the world. Development and acceptance of 5S system in various countries with different cultures indicates that the concepts of this system are compatible with a variety of cultures. There are some lessons and doctrines in Islam and Iranian national culture which are compatible with the 5S system and can facilitate the acceptance of this system. Lean processing emphasizes on performing the best well-organized task in the most appropriate place and in the first opportunity to reduce waste and optimize the processes in line with the customer’s needs. Industrial societies have long used lean management to improve their processes. In addition, arrival of lean management in healthcare system had significant impacts on management structure and providing healthcare services. Healthcare system can remarkably improve its performance through implementing the lean management system and provide the services in a just-in-time (JIT) and an optimized level for the clients. This new approach system has been established as a cultural strategy in order to provide high quality services at lowest price during the shortest time in hospitals.5S system is a tool, a management system and a philosophy for changing the approach of hospitals toward a managed and organized method. This system is a methodology which allows hospitals to increase quality of health care with reducing errors and waiting time.5S system is an approach to support health staff and physicians, eliminate the current obstacles in the workflow and help them to merely focus on providing patient’s healthcare. Therefore, the present study aimed to introduce the establishment of the 5S system which is one of the major lean tools in the healthcare system and extend its principles with an Islamic VIEW. This was an unsystematic reVIEW study conducted in 2012 using the Google engine search in sites of journals, the Holy Quran, Nahj-al-Balagha, Bihar-al-Anwar, Al-Kafi, Kanz al-A’mal, Wasael al-Shia, and Al-khesal and using keywords of 5S system, lean, health system, healthcare, set-in-order, discipline, purification, cleanliness, hygiene, purity, durability in full texts and abstracts. Approximately, 100 articles, verses, hadiths and abstracts were obtained among which 45 cases were found to be related with the objects of this study. Regular enforcement of the 5S procedures can provide a clean and sanitary environment. Moreover, efforts to establish correct habits in staff is the most important factor in accomplishing standardized and sorted workplaces and this major factor is done by implementing the fifth technique (5th S i.e. sustaining). An organized environment is due to provide high quality services.

Today, communication and the role of public opinion and their impact on international events are more important than the past, therefore in studying events such as Iran's nuclear program, we cannot be indifferent to international VIEWs. In fact, the continuation of Iran' s nuclear program forced Iranian officials to find some solutions for it and posed some questions about how this program transformed into a crisis. In examining the trend which led to the consensus of the Security Council against Iran, paying attention to media activities, statements made by officials of other countries and VIEWs of experts are of great importance. The combination of these factors forms the world public opinion orientation towards different issues including Iran's nuclear program. In addition to extensive media activities, the effectiveness of VIEWs expressed by experts on international trends is considered a determining factor. In this regard, we should emphasize that undoubtedly enhancing Iran's image among the world public opinion will create a major obstacle against forming a consensus by Westerners to impose sanctions against Iran.

Joy and sorrow are the most important and fundamental states that happen for every person in his life. Among Muslim thinkers, Ibn Sina has made great efforts to analyze and study these sensual qualities and has examined them in the light of the relationship between al-nafs al-nā ṭ iqah and the body, as well as the states of the vaporous spirit. The present study examined the three main issues: A) The reality of joy and sorrow; the corresponding relationship between pleasure and joy as well as sorrow and pain, and the occurrence of one state in human beings needs the occurrence of another state; B) The quality that joy and sorrow are manifested in the human soul; Ibn Sina considers Joy and sorrow to affect human beings in two ways: carnal perceptions and physical effects. C) The effect of joy and sorrow on human health and disease. Each of the joy and sorrow plays an important role in human health due to the effects they have on the vaporous spirit. According to Ibn Sina, the repetition of joy leads to more joy in human beings, and the repetition of sorrow leads to more sorrow in human beings. Other findings indicate that joy and sorrow are divided into three sensory, imaginary, and intellectual types.

The normative aspect of argument concerning freedom studies freedom neither ontologically nor as a fact, but as a “value”, and it investigates the necessities and recommendations originated from this value toward the development and the organization of the relationships and occasions dominant on society.The present article initially demonstrates the constructive elements of the Islamic VIEW POINT toward freedom as well as the kind of relationship that it makes with the other existent major attitude and then, the major requirements and necessities originated from this VIEW in the organization of “Islamic society”.The author believes that the special VIEW of Islam toward man and the picture presented through the relationship between man and God as well as the objectives, virtues and humanistic goods would lead to the statement of freedom in some ranks as “right” which is originated from the man’s willpower and his freedom of choice while in the other ranks, they are officially recognized as “value in itself” which necessitates the “spiritual self- productiveness” of human and the realization of the goals of his “innate self’’.By accepting the freedom as right and value in itself, the “Islamic state “considered as a prelude to the genesis of “Islamic society” would be obligated to the essential institutionalization and cultivation in order to preserve and develop an Islamic VIEW toward freedom.

The intelligibles are general concepts and are divided in three kinds: Primary Intelligibles, Logical Secondary Intelligibles, and Philosophical Secondary Intelligibles. Allameh Tabatabai defines philosophical secondary intelligibles as concepts whose their predication is mentally and their qualification is externally. He emphasizes the role of intuitive knowledge in achieving these concepts. He describes frankly some concepts as philosophical secondary intelligibles, such as Existence and Non-existence, Necessity and possibility. About some else conceps, Allameh doesn’ t speak frankly and even describes them as primary intelligibles, but based on his philosophical elements, we can considere them as philosophical secondary intelligibles. In Tabatabai's thought, philosophical secondary intelligibles have several features, the most important of which is the abstraction from the findings of intuitive knowledge. This paper, with a descriptive-analytical method, peruses the whatness and examples of philosophical secondary intelligibles in Allameh Tabatabai's thought.

While in one hand, kalam has forced philosophy to accept new issues; On the other hand, philosophy has brought significant development about science of kalam.In addition, he believes that the distinctive feature of shi’ite kalam is that it includes both rational and transmitted aspect. Since it stems from the heart of Hadith and mixed with philosophy as well.

The major question asked is about the relationship between morality and polities from the POINT of VIEW of the critical theory. In general, it is concluded that there is consensus among theorists of critical theory concerning the interaction between morality and polities, believing that brutalities and disasters are direct consequences of separation of morality and politics. In the VIEW of critical theorists, it seems that modernism on the one hand, has brought alout development and prosperity, but on the other hand has considered instrumental rationality as the source of most misfortunes causing distraction of morality and constraining individual freedom in politics.

The purpose of this research is to investigate the subject of caring thinking in the Holy Quran with reference to the interpretation of al-Mizan. Caring thinking is in fact caring in the way of thinking and contemplating in caring; caring of transformation of feelings into choices, evaluations and decisions. Caring thinking is interpreted as the care of subject for object and verb simultaneously, which is divided into admiral or evaluating, emotional or affective, active, normative, and empathetic thinking. The research method in this research is of qualitative analytical method. And with investigation of Holy Quran Ayahs, examples of caring thinking have been identified. The findings suggest that a great number of Qur’ anic verses affirm it and are objective verifications of various subgroups of caring thinking such as kindness, modesty, trusteeship, justice, truth and honesty. By putting effort into them in the process of teacher training, can lead to consolidation of different dimensions of caring thinking.
