Aim: Digitization is a way to better organize and present information that will make it easier for the general public to access it. Nevertheless, intellectual property rights based on author-centered perspectives pose challenges for libraries,To the extent that today it is a necessity to say that these rights need an intellectual revolution to always ensure a balance between the rights of the owners of works and society. Traditionally, when a library buys a book from a publisher, according to the "first sale or exhaustion" theory, the purchased copy is no longer subject to copyright control rules. Lending books in libraries is based on exactly the same legal basis. But this basis is not very effective in lending books to e-libraries. So from the point of view of some, At present, copyright law presupposes the or exhaustion of rights only to tangible objects, such as printed books, and vice versa,The status of digital works is ambiguous. The main goal of the present research is to resolve these ambiguities as much as possible by categorizing the sources. Methodoligy: This research is practical in terms of purpose and qualitative-descriptive in terms of the method of data collection and analysis. Findings: Books and digital works Digital libraries are divided into three categories in terms of the status of publishing rights and especially the legal status of access to them,First, copyrighted works (sponsored),Second, Orphan Works And finally, Out-Of-Print Works. The solution that strengthens digital libraries is to assign Orphan and Out-Of-Print Works to the public domain. The transformation of these works as part of public ownership does not sever the connection of the work with its creator, and in fact, these works generally have a family and this family (society) will enjoy it and benefit from its benefits. Conclusion: The existence of a comprehensive regulatory framework supporting ONLINE digital libraries and protecting and expanding public knowledge and awareness is a fundamental need and necessity. Today, digital libraries are considered the main means of access to knowledge and awareness, and removing monopolies and enriching digital libraries is very decisive in this field. It is necessary to review the strict laws of authors' rights in favor of the production of knowledge and information and public culture, as well as the expansion of copyright laws in order to help the production of knowledge, information and culture. Many legal proposals have been submitted to resolve the issue of copyrighted works. These proposals include, Legislative amendment of copyright law, special library exemption and Courts’,intervention to uphold digital exhaustion.

The spread of the COVID-19 pandemic and the need for ONLINE teaching methods in accounting education have led to changes in training in this field. Despite its many challenges, ONLINE education has provided an opportunity to revolutionise the quality, effectiveness, and efficacy of education. Before the COVID-19 pandemic, many researchers had already discussed the opportunities provided by ONLINE education. This study uses qualitative content analysis to determine the factors, conditions, and changes provided in ONLINE accounting education from the perspective of accounting professors to improve accounting education in Iran. The interviews with 17 accounting professors showed that ONLINE accounting education in Iran has created opportunities and led to innovations classified into nine main categories and can be the start of a more general change in accounting education and a step toward improving its quality.

Background: Appointment scheduling is considered as one of the important aspects of patient flow management. Today, the advent of Internet into the realm of health care has paved the way for employing an internet-based booking system for visiting physicians. Therefore, this study aimed at assessing the ONLINE outpatient booking system in Iranian hospitals. Methods: The present study was an applied descriptive study. In this study, all outpatient appointment booking websites in Iranian hospitals were evaluated. The methods of outpatients booking in the hospitals (N = 598) were determined based on information available at their active websites. Finally, 31 active ONLINE booking systems were identified and investigated using a localized checklist, including 59 items in 6 sections. Results: The results showed that only 13. 03% of Iranian hospitals had an active ONLINE booking system. All the ONLINE booking systems had a weak quality based on the total score percentage (17. 10%). The highest score percentages were related to sections of ONLINE security features (45%) and details of health insurance (42%), while the clinical data section received the lowest score (7. 25%). The most frequent item was the patient’ s name in the patient demographics section (27 websites). Conclusions: The outpatient appointment system in Iranian hospitals is done more traditionally through walk-ins to the health centers. The ONLINE outpatient booking systems have poor quality. Hence, codification and communication of national standards for designing hospital websites, periodical evaluation of appointment booking websites by ministry of health, and survey of the users of this method can enhance the qualitative level of these websites.

Many couples experience infertility which can lead to many psychological problems such as depression, anxiety and relationship strain especially for women. One source of support for these women is virtual communities such as ONLINE support groups that can provide informational and emotional support for them. Women may not be able to discuss their problems easily through ordinary or face-to-face communities. New technology provide internet in many houses, as a results, nowadays there are many ONLINE communities, which provide support for women suffering from different medical problems such as infertility. For example, there are nearly 700 Yahoo groups dedicated to women with infertility problems, but very few are in Persian language. These groups play a very important role as a source of emotional and informational benefits. There are several benefits in virtual support groups in comparison to face-to-face communities. For example, virtual communities have no geographic boundaries, support is available at any time the individual seeks help and finally, women may feel more comfortable discussing their personal problems in a virtual community. In Iran, we are just at the beginning of understanding the benefits of ONLINE health groups. We suggest that designing ONLINE infertility groups are a very important step for improving the services offered to infertile couples, allowing them to discuss their problems and experiences in these virtual communities.
