NAHJOLBALAGHE that contains the precious saying of Amir al-Momenin Ali (A. S) from the time that it has been written by Seyyed Razi in the second half of the fourth century has attracted much attention of the scientists and scholars in various fields of Islamic science. Perhaps literati and theologians who has gained greatest benefit from the sea of teachings of Ahl Bayt (A. S), and on the other hand, jurisprudents and especially their predecessors have cited less of this valuable book in proving jurisprudential topics, including civil law. In this study, we have attempted to defend from the NAHJOLBALAGHE as a juridical source and by studying some juridical issues based on NAHJOLBALAGHE we want to show that jurisprudents and researchers are forced to refer to this valuable book in their juridical inferences and especially in topics related to the civil law. And since the civil law issues have been raised widely in NAHJOLBALAGHE, it has been content with some of its examples in this study that in any case, while examining the arguments of jurists, the way of arguing with NAHJOLBALAGHE for proving the proposition in question has been expressed.

Ferdosi'sShahnameh is a graceful collection of human worthwhile teachings. The scope of these teachings is so broad that the book goes beyond the borders of a pure heroic work and has turned it into an encyclopedia of morality, science, education, justice and etc. The influence of religious teachings in Shahnameh is detected with the least effort but what is more explicit, in this regard, is the intimate link between Shahnameh and basics of Islam and its benefits from the imams’ speeches. The lectures, letters and aphorisms in NAHJOLBALAGHE are also like a reservoir of Knowledge, wisdom, education and human worthwhile teachings. This study intends to investigate the shared didactic points in Shahnameh and NAHJOLBALAGHE.

The aim of this essay, according to the importance of human education, is exploration of planning factors with regard to human education and perfection. Therefore, the exploration of these factors based on Imam Ali (PBUH) views that are discussed in NAHJOLBALAGHE. This research is a basic research, that uses library documents and references, and uses qualitative method based on content analysis to explore and discuss six basic factors in education, which facilitating human perfection course. These factors are 1) Epistemological to self-existent 2) Positive and vim come off that the self. 3) Reason and rationality 4) science and its role in education and human perfection. 5) Self-knowing 6) Learner obligation to perfect teacher (perfect human).

Utopia is a part of scientists’ thoughts about an ideal life. Plato is the oldest designer of such societies. In Islamic world, Farabi is considered as a pioneer in this area who established his utopia based on Islamic and especially Shiid believes. Persian poets have also reflected such idea in their works. For example Sadi, a seventh century poet, has founded a desirable society in his work, Boostan, which is indeed a monotheistic society. He discussed an exalted, generous, helpful and forgiving God which his knowledge is more than the two worlds. In this desirable world, God is the true believers’ beloved, and they are always his true believers. Sadi thinks that a human should always remember this God and never forget him even for a moment to keep always on the correct path and never get out of utopia. This idea is too much similar to Imam Ali's idea in NAHJOLBALAGHE. Because Sadi's thought are based on pure Islamic ideas which are derived from God statements, and Imam Ali has developed them in NAHJOLBALAGHE, which is considered as Quran's brother.

The word “patience” in Nahj to maintain the lexical meaning of a term with many religious and spiritual and moral concepts Based on the explanation and analysis of the narrative and its relationship to other concepts such as faith, piety, according to conviction and vote of the commentators in this study considered.

Conceptual view to the matter of “Introversion” as one of the most prominent features of Islamic architecture is the main issue of this research. The research tries to analyze the introversion concept and then in the context of critical theory, it tries to concentrate on typology of relationships between city and architectural spaces. First, the research present Islamic anthropologic model and then by using this model, elements of built environment which were mentioned in Islamic scriptures are presented. Then, the main issue of the research, concept of inside and outside is represented. Five issues in this relevant is presented and these issues are analyzed in relevance to main four physical issues in Islamic scriptures –home, mosque, bazaar and street. Then, it follows by comparative analysis of semantic ideas in human-environment relationships. Finally, the conclusion is presented by redefining introversion and presenting a model for these spaces in Islamic city.

Objectives: The aim of this study is in the first stage identifying the components of corporate culture from the perspective of NAHJOLBALAGHE and in the second stage rankings, these components for faculty members on Tarbiat Modares University from the perspective of the university PhD students. In this research has been considered organizational culture from the perspective of NAHJOLBALAGHE and 9 components includes devotion, learning and increasing knowledge, job conscience, continuous improvement, people love, discipline, consultation, self-assessment, justice.Method: The present research is applied with regard to the type and with regard to data collection is descriptive – survey. To prioritize the organizational culture components was used the Friedman test. The population of this study included all PhD students of Tarbiat Modares University in Tehran. Statistical sample includes 270 people that obtained randomly through the Cochran formula. Reliability of the questionnaire confirmed by using the Cronbach's alpha coefficient, content validity confirmed by using the familiar experts with the subject of research, and its construct validity confirmed by using structural equation. Also, to analyze the data has been used SPSS and PLS software' s.Results: The results of data analysis indicated that learning and increasing knowledge is the most important components and different aspects of justice is in second priority from the perspective of Tarbiat Modarres university students.Conclusion: Based on the research findings, to enhance the organizational culture based on NAHJOLBALAGHE should be emphasized on professors learning, personal knowledge and justice more than other cases.

This article is affected by role of security dimensions in various political, military, economic, social, cultural spheres, the complexity of the situation, different variables, variation of threats, transregional, regional and internal challenges, diversity of international and regional actors. Because of the inadequacy of security strategies in the existing schools, the present paper will try to extract dimensions of security on the basis of security strategy and current scientific model of security in security schools through exploratory studies. This paper that is result of a research project is an applied research in terms of its purpose, and its analysis level has descriptive and analytical nature, and its approach and method is based on library method. Also required data has been collected by library studies and use of note taking on cards or index cards. In process of the research, two main questions are discussed: what is the sustainable security strategy in the political system of Islam from the perspective of NAHJOLBALAGHE. And what are foundations, framework and principles of the security in the political system of Islam from the perspective of NAHJOLBALAGHE. Accordingly, criterion and scale of the researcher for collecting data in order to answer the research questions logically and reasonably is some indicators such as fundamental values and ideals of security, security reference, security theories (security for whom or what, security vis-a-vis who or what, security or direction in what kind of context, security in what level or the amount). Dimensions of security provide five capacities for the political system of Islam from the perspective of NAHJOLBALAGHE that is addressed in the section of conclusion.
