In this paper, we study projective Randers change and C-conformal change of P-reducible METRICS. Then we show that every P-reducible generalized Landsberg metric of dimension n > 2 must be a Landsberg metric. This implies that on Randers manifolds the notions of generalized Landsberg metric and Berwald metric are equivalent.

Physicians brain drain was a hot topic a few decades ago. It was reopened about a year ago in the New England Journal of Medicine.1 This paper was what it said it was— quantification of the problem. Additionally, host countries, or the four major recipients of the “medical brains,” were identified in that article as being the United States, the United Kingdom, Canada, and Australia. The term “international medical graduates” (IMGs) has also replaced the former “foreign medical graduate” (FMGs), because this newer term also covers the large number of the United States citizens who obtain their medical education outside the United States.

The general relatively isotropic mean Landsberg METRICS contain the general relatively isotropic Landsberg METRICS. A class of Finsler METRICS is given, in which the mentioned two concepts are equivalent. In this paper, an interpretation of general relatively isotropic mean Landsberg METRICS is found by using C-conformal transformations. Some necessary conditions for a general relatively isotropic mean Landsberg metric, as well as generalized Landsberg metric to be a Riemannian metric are also found.

In this paper, the Matsumoto metric with special Ricci tensor has been investigated. It is proved that, if a is of positive (negative) sectional curvature and F is of a-parallel Ricci curvature with constant killing 1-form b, then (M, F) is a Riemannian Einstein space. In fact, we generalize the Riemannian result established by Akbar-Zadeh.

We prove that every R-quadratic metric of scalar flag curvature with a dimension greater than two is of constant flag curvature. Then we show that generalized Douglas-Weyl METRICS contain R-quadratic METRICS as a special case, but the class of R-quadratic metric is not closed under projective transformations.
