Abstract: 

This paper by introducing a new concept of "exteriorism" in media audience studies, intends to study the "exteriorists" who has been consciously boycott Iranian state TV. According to the authors, the experience of exteriorism is unique and different in any Countries and societies. This qualitative study was conducted by using of In-depth interviews and within the methodological frameworks have studied the grounded theory. Data was collected through 29 semi-structured In-depth interviews. Upon completion of coding and categorizing interviews data in this methodology, presents a theoretical model about exteriorists of Iranian state television. This study aimed to identify perceptions within the meaning of exteriorists as a preface to pull them out, by considering 118 concepts through individual in-depth interviews that formed a theoretical analyzing. Based on results, three main typology of exteriorists experiences as follows; "Resistance and protestation", "Avoid of vulgarity" & "unhappiness of entertainment". Innovation in this paper is achieving recognition of the audience by negation logic & The authors believes that media policy making needed to same deep recognition like this.

Abstract: 

Websites are considered as one of the message tools with unique properties with regard to the modern communications. For this purpose, taking into consideration the page layout and graphic value or structure, considerably influencesthe further development of this relationship. The research objective is to determine what patterns are followed by structure of IRIB TV channels web pages, to introduce TV channels websites and their graphic properties, and to develop artistic knowledge in the field of website design. The research method is descriptive-analytical using library sources. The statistical population includes 21 samples of IRIB channels web homepagesbased on selective procedure. In this research, case study of IRIB TV1 Channel is taken into consideration. Therefore, initially the images from these websites are collected, thenusing computer, substitution of separated elements, and finally their relationships and configuration of the work are offered to understand the production mode and web pages functions and realization of specialized concepts onthe result of the work. This research attempts to answer the two following questions: What properties do graphic structures of IRIB TV channels websites have? What are the differences of IRIB TV channels websites with each other in terms of graphic structures (model)? This research shows that IRIB TV channels have more used elements of «image» and «color surfaces» in their structures and most of the structure of IRIB TV channels websites is based on golden ratio (about 57. 1%). IRIB TV channels websites contain long and busy homepages which should be recovered and changed to access the pages with proper configuration, site activity and attractive page layout to attract more users.

Abstract: 

Content Analysis of Sport Programs in IRIB Thesis Sport programs constitute more than 1/5 th of the total scheduled conductor in TV channels throughout the world. Sport events attract most viewers and audiences among other programs in TV s.This research focuses on content analysis duration of sport programs in TV channels of IRIB as per factors specified in the state of determined criterions (public sport , athletic sport , professional sport , basis sport , women sport , "Bastani Sport" , training sport , sport sciences , football , unrelated programs).To do this , sport programs in Channels 1, 2 , 3 , 5 and 6 of IRIB were observed directly and too were recorded by Mp3 player for 4 weeks. They were analyzed based on the determined criterions and time of broadcast and following conclusion was obtained: Sport programs are not coordinate at determined criterions and time of broadcast.

Abstract: 

Religious education has an elevated status and a great value in Iranian religious society. Using different methods and instruments to realize this goal has been always considered by those involved in education. At the present time, television is an effective means for communicating with social groups. One of those groups is children who can be exposed to messages by animations. The effectiveness of animation is a function of the manner in which it has been produced. Therefore, we can ask whether psychological principles have been observed in the production of religious animations for children. This article, written for evaluating religious animations used in the television, aims at identifying sixteen principles governing the production of animations for children. To do this, the authors referred to authentic sources in psychology and media studies after gathering data and composing them, managed to identify the principles governing the production of animation. The numbers of these principles have been applied to the production of animations, a checklist was prepared and the data were extracted from analyzing two religious animations, two domestic nonreligious animations and two foreign non-religious animations. Non-religious animations were analyzed to make possible the suggested that the producers of religious animations pay special attention to do this point.

Abstract: 

In recent years, confronting and encountering with fake news has become one of the main specialties of the official media, including the Islamic Republic of Iran Radio and Television. In this regard, using Quranic themes can be a way forward, because the Holy Quran is a successful model in encountering with such news and information. The current research has identified the way of this exposure and how to use it in the national media. This research was conducted with a qualitative approach and thematic analysis method, and the data of this research is of library type. The findings of the research show that the Qur'an confronts fake news in the cognitive field through "explanation", "denial", "controversy" and "hostility", in the emotional field through "warning", "humiliation", "rebuke", "threat". and "encouraging" and in the field of behavior through "readiness and ability", "modelling", "explanation", "changing the subject", "reprimand", "restoration" and "similarity". The results of the research and interpretation of the findings indicate that the national media should use "explanation", "denial", "education/promotion of media literacy", "use of persuasive media attractions", "proper management of news coverage", "demanding and making demands". , "Using various formats of programming", "Creating a special fake news unit" and "Creating a digital platform" to encountering with fake news.

Abstract: 

IRIB, needs to be able to utilize its own organizational knowledge elements as competitive advantage and as well, to maintain its acuteness and flexibility so that it could endure in an internal and international contest. The researcher has been sought to interview with executives, professors and operating specialists in IRIB and universities present media lessons so that he could eventually suggest an applicable indigenous knowledge management model to IRIB. In this regard, 15 people who have been teaching knowledge management as executives and professors in IRIB, Tehran and Allame Tabatabaie universities or even those who have been carrying out projects on knowledge management and those who are generally familiar with the subject, have been chosen based on a theoretical sampling method. As well, some managers in IRIB, who have been engaged in knowledge management in some way, are chosen as samples to be interviewed. Then, the researcher conducted in-depth interview which involved developing some context mechanism to gather interviews and study them. Subsequently, the data were analyzed in three steps include open, axial and selective coding. Eventually, 226 concepts were extracted from the interviews which were classified in 73 sub-categories, 21 categories and finally in three main categories. In conclusion, the researcher has reached a three-dimensional model of knowledge management for IRIB, using open, axial and selective coding. Different facets of the model involve "knowledge and resource centers, infrastructural requirements of knowledge management and knowledge management process". The primary facet indicates a knowledge center in IRIB which includes knowledge resources as the main focus of knowledge management within the organization. Also, infrastructural requirements involve 10 categories which focus on necessary infrastructures to implement knowledge management process in IRIB. And finally, the researcher has reached a process in IRIB which contain nine elements or categories indicating effective flow of knowledge in IRIB.

Radio and Television of the Islamic Republic of Iran, as an institution of a society which is value-based and ethical, always in the process of interaction with audiences provides an important role in the religious and social morality and personal lifestyle pattern. holdsRadio and Television programs which are centered on presenter and performance, as a behavioral model and values of the Media and scale for Ethics assessment, always been specifically regarded by audiences and create context for the political, social and cultural discussions on public and particular sphere. However, radio and television presenter, on one hand wants to obtain the professional success and satisfaction of managers and audience engagement, and on the other hand, professional success, caused by communicative behavior and interaction with the internal and external sphere of media. Presenter professional ethics comes from these very interactions and essence and its moral necessity comes from how to organize communication behavior as a real and legal person and internal and external environment. Thus, explaining a charter of professional ethics will help him to take a step and go forward in the way of becoming professional with full recognition of the rights of owners on this field and communication and familiarity with the principles of moral that was concentrated before.

Abstract: 

A government that has secured the political trust of its citizens is a government that enjoys public legitimacy. With respect to the role and influence that the media outlets, especially the Broadcasting Organization, have on the different aspect of people's lives and also on the political structure in terms of creating unity, solidarity and legitimacy, scientific investigation and research studies are needed to understand how the media can play the greatest role in promoting political trust of the people. Therefore, the purpose of this research is to investigate how the Islamic Republic of Iran broadcasting (IRIB-State Radio and Television Organization) plays a role in improving political trust among its audience. The research method employed for this study is qualitative, and the data was collected through in-depth interviews with 12 experts in the fields of media, sociology, and political science, and the gathered data was analyzed using qualitative content analysis. The findings of the research show that the Islamic Republic of Iran Broadcasting Organization should make efforts in the fields of media literacy promotion, employee empowerment, appropriate reflection of different voices in the society, and the use of social media potentials and attractive and diverse, new and hopeful formats, and elaborate on a bright future outlook.

Abstract: 

IRIB cooperation with NAJA over the last decades has had ups and downs. This has sometimes resulted in the downgrade of policing programs in the community media content consuming basket and has subsequently resulted in low success of these programs in law enforcement acculturation. The bilateral mission of IRIB and NAJA necessitates that the trend of cooperation between these two organizations be strategically planned and be the focus of the two organization’ s stewards. This study aimed at designing a strategic interaction pattern for IRIB and NAJA. The current study has strategic goals and was done using Delphi Method. Also, deep interviews and distributing questionnaires at three stages between two levels of IRIB’ s high level managers and NAJA’ s experts and high-level and middle-level managers and commanders were employed and environmental factors and 7 behavioral factors were taken into account. After ranking these factors, “ developing media cooperation agreement” between IRIB and NAJA, “ drawing up a common media strategic plan for organizational excellence” and “ assigning a budget line to produce media content in organizational structure and budgeting” were extracted as the most important and essential factors in developing interaction strategy between IRIB and NAJA.
