Abstract:

In order to determine the optimum rate of Vigna sun-HUM seed sowing for rangeland rehabilitation in sandy soil of North Kordofan, Sudan, two trials were conducted separately under managed and unmanaged conditions at El-obeid Agricultural Research Farm in Sheikan locality of North Kordofan State in 2015 and 2016. Seed rates were 1, 2, 3, 4 and 5 Kg/feddan (4200m) and arranged by a Completely Randomized Block Design with three replications. The species in both trials was established under rain-fed conditions by broadcasting seeds on prepared seed beds early in the rainy season. In the managed trial, seeds were broadcasted on a clean seed bed. The first and second weeding was carried out after two and four weeks from seed broadcasting. In the un-managed trial, a bare area or an area with scatter occurrence and low density of herbaceous species was selected annually and weeding was not done. Vegetation cover, density and forage dry weights were obtained using (50x50 cm² ) quadrate. MSTAT-C statistical software package was used for the statistical analysis. In both managed and un-managed trials, the results revealed that there were significant (P≤ 0. 001) differences in most measured variables. In the managed trial of 2015 cropping season, the seed rate of 3 kg/feddan recorded the highest vegetation cover (33. 3%) and the highest dry weight (260. 3 g/m² ) whereas the one kg/feddan had the least vegetation cover (10%) and dry weight (52. 1 g/m² ). In un-managed trial of 2016 cropping season, the seed rate of 4 kg/feddan recorded the highest density (98 plant/m² ) and the highest dry weight (100. 3 g/m² ) whereas the third seed rate recorded the least density (37 plant/m² ) and dry weight (33. 6 g/m² ). Results of combined analysis indicated that there were significant (P<0. 001) differences among the five seed rates in most studied parameters. For Vigna sun-HUM as endangered leguminous range species, two optimum seed rates of 3 and 4 kg/feddan were recommended for ranches and natural rangeland rehabilitation in the managed and un-managed areas, respectively.

Abstract:

DNA typing is a new method with important applications in forensic medicine. In the present study, we evaluated application of DNA typing in Iran. Loci HUM LPL, HUM Tpox, HUM F13, HUM vw 31A, HUM TH01 and HUM FES/FPS of DNA short tandem repeats were studied. To determine Sensitivity of the test, 85 mother – child couples (1020 chromosoms) that were referred to DNA section of legal medicine organization of Iran were included and for determination of it’s Specificity 42 brother – sister couples (1200 chromosoms) and 58 non – relative couples were examined. The results show lack of mutations in the studied loci and acceptable sensitivity of the test. Of 12 alleles of siblings, there were 2 -6 differences, in contrast with 3 – 9 differences in non – relatives, so the test has 100 % specificity in these loci. Considering polymorphism, power of exclusion of these six sites was 99 percent.

Abstract:

Introdution: The present study was conducted to evaluate the effect of miR-143 on the expression of Bcl2 gene at the level of mRNA, cell cytotoxicity in the SaOs-2 cell line (Osteosarcoma) and HUM 63 (HUMan primary bone cells). Methods: In this experimental study, miR-143 was introduced into the SaOs-2 and HUM 63 cell by the lipofectam 2000 system. Then, the effects of miR-143 on cytotoxicity (72 hours) and expression of Bcl2 gene were measured by the MTT tests and Real Time Pcr protocols, respectively. Results: The results showed that the lipofectamine 2000 system had no toxicity in both HUM63 and SaOs2 cell lines by itself. SaOs2 cancer cells were more susceptible to miR-143 and Lipo / miR-143 compared to HUM63 cells. The highest reduction in SaOs2 cells was observed after the treatment with Lipo / miR-143 (p <0. 05). Furthermore, according to the results, transfection of miR-143 by lipofectamine 2000 into the cell, compared to cell-treated alone by miR-143, significantly reduced Bcl2 expression (p <0. 05). Conclusion: The lipoprotein 2000 system can be effective in absorbing miR-143 into the cells. By targeting various cellular pathways, including the expression level of the Bcl2 gene, miR-143 can be effective in the treatment of bone cancer (Osteosarcoma).

Abstract:

The term “ Ḥ adī th” ) حدیث ( is of the commonly used vocabulary of the Holy Qur’ an, and the term “ Aḥ ā dī th” ) احادیث ( also occurs in several verses and, of course, only in the form of two expressions of “ Jaʻ alnā HUM Aḥ ā dī th” جعلناهم احادیث( (and “ Taʼ wī l al-Aḥ ā dī th” ) تاویل الاحادیث (. Based on the literal analytical descriptive method, the present paper examined the two words “ Ḥ adī th” and “ Aḥ ā dī th” in Arabian culture and the Holy Qur’ an and concluded that the word “ Ḥ adī th” does not mean absolute speech, but also it involves a speech containing an event or incident, found in all Qur’ anic usages. The term “ Aḥ ā dī th” is also put originally as the analogical plural of the term “ Uḥ dū thah” احدوثه (, which means an event or incident that has been famous among people. In the Holy Qur’ an, the expression “ Jaʻ alnā HUM Aḥ ā dī th” ) جعلناهم احادیث (, in negative context, refers to the torment of some nations and their transformation into well-known stories and tales, and the expression “ Taʼ wī l al-Aḥ ā dī th” ) تاااویاال الاحااادیااث ( on contrary to the popular interpretation translating it into dreams, is intended for the end and outcome of events.

Abstract:

To evaluate the effect of foliar application of manure extracts, bio-organic fertilizers and urea on yield and some of the seed germination parameters of mung bean that had been producted in the farm, two experiments were done at the Uremia university, during 2011. First experiment included foliar application of Nitroxin, Amino acid, Green HUM, Biocrop L-45, Nutriman N24 and Mas Raiz as Organic fertilizer, Urea, water and control. Second experiment included assessed characteristics of mung bean seeds under farming treatments in three levels of salinity concentrations of sodium chloride 0 (S1), 100 (S2) and 150 (S3) mM. Results showed that, the highest (3810.8 kg ha-1) and lowest (1629.20 kg ha-1) seed yield observed in spray of Mas Raiz and Biocrop L-45 treatments, respectively. Also, plants sprayed with Amino acid had the highest 1000-seed weight (60.58 g). The maximum (16198 kg ha-1) biological yield and protein percentage (24.68) was observed in Mas Raiz, respectively. In germination experiment, the seeds mother plant in field were under foliar application of Green HUM, took less time to germinate for T50 and MGT in no salinity condition (S1) and high salinity condition (S3), respectively. In no salinity condition (S1), the highest SVI observed in seeds parents in field were under Biocrop L-45 treatment. Generally, foliar application of Mas Raiz leads to increasing of yield and seed protein of mung bean. Also, seed germination parameters under salt stress, improved in seeds of mung bean plants that treated with bio-organic fertilizer.

Abstract:

Congenital factor XIII (FXIII) deficiency is an extremely rare bleeding disorder (RBD) with estimated prevalence of one per 2 million in the general population. The disorder causes different clinical manifestations such as intracranial hemorrhage (ICH), recurrent miscarriage, umbilical cord bleeding, etc. High incidence of the disorder might be due to founder effect. To assess founder effect, haplotype analysis is an important step. For this purpose, suitable and reliable genetic markers such as microsatellites (HUM FXIIIA01 and HUMFXIIIA02) and single nucleotide polymorphisms (SNP) are suggested. In the present study we tried to describe evaluation of founder effect in patients with congenital FXIII deficiency via haplotype analysis using suitable genetic markers. . .

Abstract:

The Signs of the Mithraism which prevailed in Iran before the emerging of Zoroaster are observed in literary works and especially epic poems. The evidences show the relationship between Pishdadian and Kianian dynasties and the "Mehr cult". The kings of these two ancient dynasties worshipped the moon and the sun and elements generalities before Zoroaster according to Birooni's Asar-al-Baghiyeh.By studying of Ferdowsi's Shahnameh and some Pahlavi texts one can deliver evidence based on the relationship between kings such as: Fereidoon; Jamshid; Siavosh and Keykhosrow and "Mehr cult". Among these the story of Keykhosrow is related to the birth and ascension of Izad Mehrs myth. The birth of this king who is considered as the most goo'd-natured fabulous king of Iran at a dark night and his birth and growth among shepherds is related to "Mehr" in terms of shepherds' care and presence. His prayer before the sun and his washing customs before praying resemble Mehr rituals. Also his ascension to sky and the scared dinner - customs or "Izad Mehr" ascension are the facts which refer to Mithraism. This research tries to study Keykhosrow's personality in Shahnameh using ancient researches and ancient religious texts considering their relationship to "Methraism".

Abstract:

Among distinguished characters in mystical compositions is “Pir-e Moghan” with an inclination towards Malamati ideas. This lyrical persona, who usually appears as an alternative to the khaneqah (Sufi Commune) guides, was the most influential symbol of the “Sorud-ha-ye Rendaneh” (pious rogue compositions) at a certain period of the history of the Persian lyrical history. Among the interpretations of this group of poets, especially Hafez, various interpretations of the “Pir-e Moghan” have been suggested. Beyond those explanations and analyses, and having in mind the first poetical compositions containing this symbolism, the writer has interpreted this idea as “sharabe dir sale Mogh Sakhteh” (The old wine made by the Mogh-Magi), which according to the pattern of “HUM” has been personified as “Pir-e Moghan” with distinguishing behavioral attitudes, tendencies and beliefs.

Abstract:

Logics and logical argumentation may be among the most common terms in the area of HUMan knowledge. The nature of these notions, which places them in the focal point of the shaping factors of all HUMan knowledge, can well justify this fact. In the broad context of HUM an knowledge, it is possible to find many areas in which gaining or attaining knowledge in a particular way is based on the strength of logics and logical argumentation in order to shape a justifiable explanation system. In other words, we-should consider logical argumentation as the only research method in the mentioned areas of intellectual knowledge. The author tries to examine the status of logical argumentation as a research method and strategy especially in architectural research. Here we also outline the specifications of a research with the use of such a strategy.

Abstract:

Belief in the animating and rejuvenating qualities of wine has led to its identification with the fountain of life and Jesus Christ. Are such exaggerations related to the effect of wine or is there an ancient and archetypal belief behind them? An analysis of the ancient sources of Iranian beliefs, such as Mazdaizm demonstrates that such exaggerations are shaped by their ancient traditions. The link between the growth of grape vine and the Blood of the Bull created by the Unitarian God and similarities between wine and the Deathless HUM, as well as the prevalent Mithraic traditions are unanimously indicative of a sacred belief in wine. It is possible that the belief in the sacred and rejuvenating qualities of wine might have been assimilated into Christianity together with certain other Mithraic concepts. Thus, we have to admit that in post-Islamic Persian poetry, the animating qualities of wine are deeply rooted in the ancient Iranian culture. However, it can be argued that the interest shown by the majority of Iranian poets to wine has its roots in their unconscious mind and they were unaware of its origin.
