Purpose: This research has investigated and demonstrated the scientific structure and knowledge map of the researches of wisdom. Methodology: the study used scientometrics approach. The statistical population of this research consisted from all scientific documents registered at the Scopus. In this research, scientific documents were extracted from Scopus and their co-word analysis was done after standardization. For each subject area and the keywords, a column diagram was formed, and then neighboring and co-neighboring graphs were performed. Findings: The findings showed that the fields of social sciences, computer science, business, management and accounting, economics, econometrics and finance, environmental sciences, engineering sciences, mathematics and decision-making sciences have done the most research work related to the study of wisdom. The most common words were wisdom, knowledge, ethics, education, leadership, technology, personality, and business. It is also proposed to develop the knowledge map of wisdom research, the main structures of "wise leadership, " "living with universal culture, " "teaching Practical wisdom" and "wisdom-based creativity ". Conclustion: The results showed that the concept of wisdom with regard to large capacities, especially in Iran, was not considered for the basic needs of society.

Regarding the increase of population in today’s world and turning cities into industrial places, the need for a management system is felt to compile principles and approaches related to this development. On the other hand, as a category of management science, urban management should pay attention to ecology as one of the most important parts affective city structure that creates a desirable environment for the residents.The present article is the result of a research which is conducted with the main goal to study the effective factors in COMPILING suitable and effective approaches for development in urban management system. The research was conducted by survey method with comparative framework. The information was gathered from documents, observations, interviews and questionnaires with Likert scale. The statistical population was the residents of Tabriz with the sample size of 260, and testing the hypotheses was done using t-student method. The findings of the research explain that the role of urban management is effective and important to fight against the negative effects of day-by-day increase of population and industrialization through orderly planning, providing suitable capitation, conducting public training, creating public contribution and paying attention to the future development of the city.

Those prays will reinforce the prayers belief and will give him satisfaction and calmness. There are some Sufis which claim that they have the best and easiest prays, on the other hand, people are usually lazy, then as a result there are so many false and imaginary prays available. There should be some criteria to distinguish real prays from the fake ones. Here, in this research, there are some efforts to show the criteria of pray writers and make some proofs to show that those prays are real prays which are from innocent leaders (Imams). The research is basically done by using library data, doing research on Emamieh Pray books, finding proofs, criticize of different prays and making assessment. As a result, everybody who wants to pray by using dua books, get shore all dua are originally from Imams and then he will reach pray goals.

“Al-Hawi" (The Continents) written by the famous Persian polymath scientist Rhazes, has been carefully studied in order to enlighten the contribution Iran has played in the development of medical science. Two hundred and eighty six sources including references to 112 scholars were investigated. From this list, a total of 20 books and references to 38 scholars have been recorded with mistaken identity in the literature. In this paper, biographical data of these scientists have been scrutinized with the anticipation to provide a reliable guide for further studies.

The goal of this paper is to compile strategies for a Chinese international telecommunication vendor which entered into Iran telecom market in the year 2000. Since ZTE is involved with business in more than 135 countries and it is out of our power to collect huge data from all over the world, we have limited our strategies to Iranian market and we will compile strategies for Iran business unit only. To proceed with COMPILING strategies for ZTE Company, we will firstly give a brief introduction about ZTE. Then we will give a short explanation about the method of COMPILING strategies for any kind of firm. At the end, based on the method introduced, we will select the most adequate strategies in order to maintain ZTE’s competitive advantage in Iran telecom market.

Introduction: Evaluation of human resources requires proper indicators for its performance measurement. In fact, COMPILING indexes consider as the basic source of information evaluation.The aim of this study was to COMPILING the basic human resources indicators in health system to provide enough information to evaluate human resource management in this sector. This work developed by designing a conceptual framework to compile and classify the indicators.Methods: In this descriptive/ applied study, which carried out in 2006-7, the research sample was human resources office of University of Medical Sciences in Isfahan. To implement various stages of the scientific projects a conceptual framework for the project was designed and according to it the indicators was compiled using IPPO model and validation of the method was performed using concentrated discussion groups.Results: The designed indicators were categorized in seven groups, including input, process, output, efficiency, effectiveness, productivity and outcome. Total indicators in this index were 60.The final score of University Human Resources Department was 1042 that had been allocated 63% of the total score.Conclusion: Indicators considered as the most important tools in monitoring and evaluation activities of units of human resources in organizations. Hence, COMPILING indicators, as a human resources information system evaluation tool at different levels of health system is the most important tasks of managers and experts in this field.

For the first time, Hurwitz recognized the relationship between Hadith and Quran the same as the relationship between oral tradition and written one. Islamic scholars didn’t admit this theory. Some of them (especially Goldziher) resoundingly rejected it. To Goldziher, hadith exited in written form and debates on writing hadith was merely a theoretical issue. According to the research done in the time of Hurwits, Jewish oral tradition was considered as merely oral for centuries. Now we know that it was a wrong consideration.The author of the present paper, in the light of results of new research on Talmud and historical analysis of old hadith sources, tries to make a comparison between them in more details. In two primary parts of this paper, he verifies the methods of note-taking in Jewish and Islamic traditions and compares the methods of transmitting of religious teachings in both of them. In part three, the author deals with the formation of early hadith collections and methods of COMPILING them.in next part, he has a critical view of opinions presented by scholars who are in favor of writing hadith or against it in the light of their political and social conditions.

Development indices are the major criterion for putting goals, planning and evaluation of rural development projects. With using these criterions we can evaluate the extent of progress or impact of rural development plans or projects. The available gap in this content is the reason of COMPILING development plans far from suitable and exact indices and putting goal for plans and evaluations face with problems. So the main objective of this paper is formulating and validation of rural sustainable development indices. With COMPILING 112 indices in 3 dimensions of 1) social - structural (55 index), 2) economical (33 index) and 3) environmental (24 index), the indices were validated by 63 experts that were selected from academic experts and executive organization members. In order to meet expert's consensus and validate the indicators, statistical methods such as mean, standard deviation, coefficient of variation and Mann Whitney test were used. The results showed that, from 112 indices, 98 indices from experts' point of view are appropriate for rural planning purpose in Iran. From these indices, 45 indices were in social - structural dimension, 31 indices in economical dimension and 22 indices belong to environmental dimension of rural development.

According to Article 55 of Islamic Republic of Iran`s constitution, preparing "the budget settlement report" by the Supreme Audit Court in order to enforce the monitoring and control of the financial activities of the government is essential.. Studies have shown that during the 105 years of legal budgeting in Iran, the executive branch has not been able to prepare the settlement of budget bill on time to offer to the supreme audit court the legislative branch. In this study, we are going to identify the codification problems of the budget settlement report. This study, using semi-structured interviews, contents analysis by specialists and experts in the field of accounting and budgeting in Iran. Many factors, respectively, related to the budget bill and the law of budgeting; executive issues, the concept of settlement funds; regulatory issues; governmental accounting problems; problems in the Court, challenges and behavioral and environmental concepts and issues are research and expertise.
