Abstract: 

Several factors affect the bearing the load of natural and engineered embankments and slopes including the crude oil leakage, leading to a severe decrease in resistance. This is especially important for oil-rich countries, such as Iran, which have several crude oil resources. The main purpose of this study is to investigate the load bearing the load (i. e. load versus settlement) and strain-stress behavior of crude oil contaminated sandy soils using California Bearing Ratio (CBR) Test. In this paper, 10 different types of sand with different characteristics used. At first, a series of CBR experiments performed for natural sands (i. e. clean sands) and then contaminated sands with 6% crude oil tested under similar conditions and densities to obtain the reduction in bearing the load of crude oil contaminated sands quantitatively. Experimental results showed that bearing the load of sand containing 6% of crude oil decreased at least 50% compared to clean sands and the stress-strain diagram of these contaminated soils would decrease significantly. Based on the results of investigation, it can be stated that particle shape(sharpness or roundness), coarse particle ratio, and finally the type of aggregation influences the resistance of crude oil contaminated sands. It was also found that standard Ottawa sand had 83% reduction in strength and sand with a coarse particle had 57% decrease in strength. Sand contaminated with crude oil experience a severe loss of bearing capacity, so in designing foundations and engineering structures, greater safety factors should be considered, where there is a risk of crude oil leakage.

Abstract: 

Experimental research was concluded to the fact that resilient modulus is the best parameter to illustrate structural strength of unbound pavement materials. Resilient modulus was used to be determined by expensive and complex cyclic triaxial test and obtained by dividing the deviator stress by pure elastic strain. Thus use of simple tests that do not require complex equipment and are performed by site technicians, has been used as an appropriate alternative in these years. One of the methods for determining the strength properties of pavement layers used in recent years is DCP test. This device is simple and inexpensive and evaluates the structural strength of unbound pavement layers in a relatively short period of time. This method is rarely used in Iran and there is no enough knowledge about it. In this research, the DCP device and test methods have been introduced.The CBR and cyclic triaxial test were performed along DCP and the correlation between the results were presented. Thus all three tests were conducted on 15 subgrade samples and after analysis it was concluded that there is a good correlation between results, especially those of DCP and resilient modulus.

CBR یک روش مناسب برای ارائه خدمات توانبخشی به افراد معلول و سایر افراد جامعه در مناطق که دسترسی به امکانات ندارند می باشد. تمرکز توانبخشی مبتنی بر جامعه علاوه بر خدمات پزشکی و توانبخشی مداخلاتی همچون آموزش و حرفه آموزی و توانبخشی اجتماعی و پیشگیری میباشد از طرفی تمرکز بخشی از برنامه بر روی تغییر نگرش عوامل محیطی میباشد دفاع حقوق کرامت انسانی معلولین ارتقائ تسلط اجتماعی والقاء از برنامه این طرح است این رویکردها در منشور مشترک W.H.O-ILO,UNESCO انعکاس یافت بر حسب این تعریف توانبخشی مبتنی بر جامعه اهدافی شامل موارد زیر دارد1- افزایش فعالیت های روزمره زندگی2- آگاهی سازی در محیط زندگی افراد معلول برای نیل به محیط بدون مانع و دستیابی به حقوق انسانی برابر3- مشارکت کامل معلولین الحاق وی در جامعه و توانمند سازی او.

Abstract: 

Credit risk assessment is one of the key issues for banks and financial institutions and various models have been developed for this. This study uses Case Based reasoning (CBR) Model and considers a database of bank credit customers to assess the credit risk of bank applicants. For this, 9 criteria were selected based on the experts' opinion and were weighted using the Fuzzy Analytical Hierarchy Process (FAHP). Return check, housing situation and income level are the most important criteria for credit risk assessment of the bank applicants. Then, using the TOPSIS Technique, we could evaluates the similarity of the new item with actual past cases or evaluate the new applicant with the ideal option, and uses a case-based reasoning model to predict the likelihood of default or non-default applicants. Survey research was applied for this study and the research community was the records of previous bank applicants between 1390-94 years.

Abstract: 

افزایش هزینه تعویض تجهیزات، افراد و سازمانها را وادار به افزایش عمر مفید سیستمها کرده است. خطوط لوله با گذشت زمان رو به خرابی می گذارند. از این رو کاربر باید قادر به ارزیابی خرابی باشد و از عدم وقوع شکست در خط لوله اطمینان یابد. پیش بینی عمر باقیمانده خطوط لوله متاثر از خوردگی علاوه بر اینکه از طریق بازرسی و تعمیرات به موقع به افزایش عمر خطوط لوله کمک می کند، با پیشگیری از نشتی از بروز صدمات مالی و جانی نیز جلوگیری بعمل می آورد. در ضمن در صورت اطلاع از زمان وقوع شکست خط لوله، با انجام تعمیرات برنامه ریزی شده می توان از توقف ناخواسته واحدهای تولیدی جلوگیری کرد و به افزایش بهره وری کمک نمود. در زمینه پیش بینی استحکام باقیمانده خطوط لوله مطالعات بسیاری بر اساس روشهای قطعی و احتمالی انجام شده است. روشهای قطعی از پیش بینی زمان شکست ناتوان هستند و روشهای احتمالی نیز بدیل پیچیدگی با استقبال کاربران مواجه نشده اند. در این مقاله از روش استدلال مبتنی بر مورد (CBR) که روش نسبتا جدیدی در هوش مصنوعی (AI) می باشد، برای پیش بینی عمر باقیمانده خطوط لوله دچار خوردگی استفاده شده است. داده های مورد استفاده در تحقیق از اطلاعات مربوط به ضخامت سن جی خطوط لوله در شرکت پتروشیمی اراک جمع آوری شده است. بر اساس روش استدلال مبتنی بر مورد، مدلی برای پیش بینی عمر باقیمانده ارایه شده است. نتایج آزمایش مدل، موفقیت آن را در 80% مواقع نشان می دهد.

Abstract: 

Introduction: Community-based rehabilitation is a strategy that can help satisfy the needs of people with disabilities within the community in every nation. Objective: Measurement of the components effective on the community-based rehabilitation in Iran. Materials and Methods: This descriptive, analytical and cross-sectional study was performed in two stages in 2011. The owners of qualitative step were 45 expert and factor analysis step were 564 CBR experts, CBR responsible expert, rehabilitation authorities of 31 provinces, CBR experts and rehabilitation assistant of the studied city. Data were collected by a developed questionnaire. The validity of its content was assessed as Expert panel and their credit structures by exploratory factor analysis (main component analysis) using alpha internal parallelism of Coranbach. For adequacy of sample size Keiser Mayer Olkin scal and for suitable data, Bartlett test were used.Results: In exploratory factor analysis, we identified 7 acceptable factors with special values more than1and total variance of %61.84. 54 items with acceptable factor load (more than 0.4) were under this 7 factors. These 54 items are considered as effective factors on community-based rehabilitation and finding trust step for all 7 factors with respective items achieved appropriate reliability coefficient (greater than %0.84).Conclusion: The use of semi-professional (expert community), social and political support, educational services, financial supply, health services, medical services and social integration of the disabled people, approperiate for cultural, economic, political and social contexts of our country can empower the disabled people, promote human dignity of them and their families in the community.

Abstract: 

Concrete pavement is been used in the aprons owing to its resistance to static loads as the main loads of aircraft. An alternative is to use interlocking concrete block pavement with advantages such as simple execution and repair and with no needs for curing. There is concern about the effect of the CBR of the subgrade on the resistance of block pavers to permanent deformation. The present study conducted to investigate the effect of subgrade (CBR) on these pavements in the apron. The Plate Load Test (PLT) performed on a 2m×2m prototype constructed as per Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) regulations. The layers of this 3D model include compacted subgrade, sub-base, crushed aggregate base and Cement-Treated Base (CTB) and 8-cm thick concrete blocks. Sensitivity analysis showed a reduction of over 12% in vertical deflection with increasing CBR from 2 to 10 and a reduction of below 4% in the presence of subgrade even with CBR=10~20%. Using subgrade with CBR of over 10 has found insignificantly increase the resistance of block pavements to permanent deformation. Concern about the risk of permanent deformation is obliterated given the key role of the Cement-Treated Base in redistributing the loads.
