2Introduction: Inborn error of immunity (IEI) includes variety of genetic disorders that affect both the innate and acquired immune system. The number of primary immune deficiency disorders is increasing due to advanced laboratory testing methods. The patients with IEI are susceptible to multiple infectious and non-infectious diseases، including autoimmune disorders، allergies، and malignancies. Several studies have shown an increasing prevalence of non-infectious disorders in patients in IEI. Among the non-infectious manifestations of primary immunodeficiency، Allergic symptoms can play an effective and important role in diagnosis and treatment of these patients.Articles were searched in Google Scholar، PubMed، Web of Science، and Scopus databases. In this review، we have tried to use the latest and most reliable articles related to the subject that have been published in Persian and English language. Conclusion: Allergic diseases can be a common part of some primary immunodeficiency diseases. Even in some types of primary immunodeficiency، they are considered the main symptom and important indicator of the disease، which are very decisive factors for the diagnosis of immunodeficiency.

Allergen immunotherapy involves the administration of gradually increasing quantities of specific allergens to patients with IgE-mediated conditions until a dose is reached that is effective in reducing disease severity from natural exposure. In the present study we evaluated a period of six years immunotherapy Allergic rhinitis and Allergic asthma patients with positive skin prick test of common aeroallergen. The immunotherapy was performed on 156 patients. One hundred twenty of the cases were Allergic rhinitis (80%), 29 cases had Allergic asthma and 7 cases were mixed (4.5%). 70% in Allergic rhinitis group, 75% in Allergic asthma group and 42.8% in mixed group completely improved. Immunotherapy, an older therapeutic method, has now been updated, and with appropriate indications, precautions and methods, has been clearly shown to be effective in the treatment of Allergic rhinitis and in some cases of asthma and insect hypersensitivity.

Food allergy is estimated about 8% in children. The relationship between food and manifestation of allergy symptoms and its confirmation for accurate diagnosis is very important. Allergic rhinitis is a common disease with a prevalence of 40% among different societies. The prevalence of food-induced Allergic rhinitis appears to be less than 1 percent. Food reactions often lead to rhinitis symptoms at a no immunologic nature. Although the role of food and fruits in developing Allergic rhinitis is not clearly identified, in a very small percentage of patients, rhinitis is the clinical manifestation of food allergy.
