Abstract:

Abstract:

In this paper we present construction of new fuzzy measures by applying extended AGGREGATION function on a sequence of fuzzy measures. According to properties of applied AGGREGATION function and properties of initial fuzzy measures, some properties of constructed fuzzy measure are proved. Additionally, one new extended AGGREGATION function named extended weighted arithmetic mean of distorted arguments is introduced, and its relevant properties are proved. It is shown that this extended AGGREGATION function, with appropriated parameters, can be suitable for construction of new fuzzy measures. Other types of non-additive measures can be constructed in the same way, by applying AGGREGATION function on the initial sequence of non-additive measures.

Abstract:

There has been a growing interest in the study of the notion of -migrativity and generalizations in recent years, and it has been investigated for families of certain operators such as t-norms, t-conorms, uninorms, nullnorms. This paper is mainly devoted to investigating the migrativity equations between semi-t-operators or semi-uninorms, and Mayor's AGGREGATION operators. The results that we obtain are complete and different from the known ones concerning migrativity for t-norms, t-conorms, uninorms and nullnorms.

Abstract:

AGGREGATION operators (AOs) have been studied by many scholars. As many AOs are proposed, there is still lacking approach to classify the categories of AO, and to select the appropriate AO within the AO candidates. In this research, each AO can be regarded as a cognitive style or individual difference. A Cognitive Style and AGGREGATION Operator (CSAO) model is pro- posed to analyze the mapping relationship between the AGGREGATION operators and the cognitive styles represented by the decision attitudes. Four algorithms are proposed for CSAO: CSAO-1, CSAO-2 and two selection strategies on the basis of CSAO-1 and CSAO-2. The numerical examples illustrate how the choice of the AGGREGATION operators on the basis of the decision attitudes can be determined by the selection strategies of CSAO-1 and CSAO-2. The CSAO model can be applied to decision making systems with the selection problems of the appropriate AGGREGATION operators with consideration of the cognitive styles of the decision makers.

Abstract:

Understanding the microscopic dispersion and AGGREGATION of nanoparticles in nanoscale media has become an important challenge during the last decades. Molecular dynamics is one of the important techniques to tackle many of the complex problems faced by rheologists and engineers. Making progress in the investigations at nanoscale whether experimentally or computationally has helped understand the physical phenomena at the molecular scale. In addition, important developments have been made in predicting behavior of confined fluids and lubricants at nanoscale. In this review we will discuss on some progress made on the illustration of AGGREGATION mechanisms in nanofluids. Our main focus will be on the application of molecular modeling in the effect of AGGREGATION on the nano-rheology of nanofluids.
