Abstract:

Introduction: One of the important challenges in medical sciences is human cloning nowadays. This subject makes many questions among the researches, bioethics philosophers, religious scholars especially Shia and Sunni jurists. Since one of the most important reason of human cloning opponents is its conflict and incompatibility with human munificence. This study aimed at investigating the ADAPTABILITY and the lack of conflict between human cloning and munificence. Methods: This study had been designed to evaluate the human munificence by using Quran, Traditions and the ideas of Religious Scholars and Theologians. In addition, the articles that had been presented comments on cloning were used in the present study.Findings: From Quran point of view, the human being possesses inherent munificence. Cloning has the same situation in protection of embryo munificence with extra uterine fertilization process. The same genetic identity is not adversative of individual identity. In the cloning, the restriction of genetic system has been challenged and has not specific relationship with the general character of human. The formation of personality of cloning person in the environment protects human munificence. None of the Shia jurists has declared that cloning is the evidence of violation of human munificence. Human cloning has not conflict with his munificence. Conclusion: The lack of conflict between cloning and munificence were obtained by exact investigation about this. Moral reasons that disagree with human cloning are not firm. It seems that there are not the traditional and rational reasons in incompatibility of human cloning with his inherent munificence.

Abstract:

Migration is one of the most sophisticated demographic phenomena, and the relationship between this phenomena and the process of urban sprawl and urbanization is more sophisticated by far. And ever more complicated is the process of the migrants adaptation to cities, because the urban life is not simply the settlement and living in the city, but to follow the principles which as a whole form the basis of social, economic and urban culture. The lack of familiarity of migrants, particularly rural-urban migrant with these principles, and the lack of a distinct economic and social base of migrants results in various demographic, behavioral, moral and psychological implications. The main objective of this paper is to discuss the confrontation and adaptation of migrants with the culture of the urban communities and unfamiliar urban environments in which they wish to live their lives. The paper attempts to study some cases of the process of adjustment of migrants to new environments specially to urban environments as migrants destinations. With regard to the extents of the subject and the spatial variations and cultural differences between migrants and native populations of communities and complications of the urban communities and their social problems, the study will be presented in a macro scale and some broad and general points of the adaptation of migrants of various parts of the world will be reviewed. Various stages of the migrants adaptation and the stability of their social and economic status, according to Turners Theory will be discussed and some points as a conclusion ends the paper.

Abstract:

History has witnessed several legal systems that were brilliantly dominant for a while but disappeared because of the lack of adaptation to the social developments of their times.Islamic Law, however, enjoys a dynamic internal mechanism that ensures its coordination with changes in human life through ages. The flexibility of the Islamic Law and the possibility of its adaption to the circumstances of the time and the place of each era has provided the grounds for the Islamic Law to be presented in forms adapted to the given time. The Islamic Law has been able to meet the needs of human societies during ages while keeping its basic principles constant. In fact the Islamic Law is a living mechanism that kept its real identity thanks to its diverse local and temporal variables. In this article the author tries to shed some light on the factors that have made it possible for Islamic Law to adapt well to social changes.

Abstract:

The purposes of this study are to explore the factors relating to the information systems in an organization, and to explain the degree of ADAPTABILITY of management accounting with those factors. Also, it is aimed to examine whether management accounting ADAPTABILITY is a suitable predictor for management accounting effectiveness, or not. In this study, the sample consists of the Iranian companies from all industries. To examine the internal consistency of the constructs, exploratory factor analysis was used, and to examine the assumed relationships between the constructs, a partial least squares modeling was developed. The findings suggested that information system flexibility is a driver of management accounting ADAPTABILITY, while there was no significant direct relationship between integrated information systems and management accounting ADAPTABILITY. Further analysis revealed that there was a moderating effect of information system flexibility on the relationship between integrated information systems and management accounting ADAPTABILITY. The findings also highlighted the importance of shared knowledge, values, and communication between stakeholders and information system in the proposed relationship. Finally, the research findings showed that management accounting ADAPTABILITY leads to management accounting effectiveness due to systems’ ability in providing relevant information in continuous basis that is consistent with management accounting theory.

Abstract:

Aims Spouse death is problematic for women, especially for women who lack economic independence and have no shelter, and it causes confusion for them. This study aimed to identify the barriers of ADAPTABILITY with spouse death in wives of martyrs who defended the holy shrine. Participants & Methods This qualitative study aimed to identify the barriers of ADAPTABILITY with spouse death in wives of martyrs of holy shrine defenders from December 2019 to June 2020. The statistical sample of 12 women aged 20-40 years was selected through purposive sampling. The subjects had lost their spouses between 2-4 years. Data were collected through semi-structured interviews using open-ended questions and analyzed by Granheim and Landman method. Findings Barriers of ADAPTABILITY in martyrs’ wives included psychological instability, upsetting with the spouse’ s family, emotional emptiness of losing a spouse, problems of children, feeling lonely, incorrect beliefs and behavior, the weak performance of related organizations, and emotional inhibition. Conclusion The families of the martyrs, who defended the holy shrine, especially their young wives, face individual and social problems, which sometimes are impossible to solve alone, and therefore it is necessary to take the strategies to solve them.

Abstract:

Secure Electronic Transaction (SET) protocol is an open protocol, which has the potential to emerge as a powerful tool in securing of electronic transactions. The quality of a design of an Ecommerce protocols has a great influence on achieving non-functional requirements (NFRs) to the system. An increasingly important non-functional attribute of complex software systems is ADAPTABILITY. Software for adaptive software systems should be flexible enough to allow components to change their behaviors depending upon the environmental and stakeholders' changes and goals of the system. Evaluating ADAPTABILITY at software to identify the weaknesses of the software and further to improve ADAPTABILITY of their, are very important tasks. This paper presents a method based on the use of Colored Petri Nets for evaluating ADAPTABILITY in SET protocol. We try to see how we can apply the way formalize CPN in terms of quality attributes to evaluate some of them, on the SET protocol.

Abstract:

The purpose of this study was predicting career adapting indices including career exploration, career planning, career decision-making self-efficacy, and career networking behaviors based on career ADAPTABILITY dimensions ADAPTABILITY's dimensions. The research method was descriptive and correlational. Statistical Population was university students of Isfahan. From studied population a sample size of 450 students were selected through stratified sampling method proportional to volume. The Research tools were career ADAPTABILITY scale (Savickas & Porfeli, 2012), career exploration survey (Stumpf, Colarelli & Hartman, 1983), career planning scale (Gould, 1979), career decision making self-efficacy scale (Betz, Klein & Taylor, 1996) and career networking behavior scale (Forret & Dougherty, 2001). Dimensions Results based on stepwise linear regression indicated that among ADAPTABILITY, concern, control and confidence significantly predicted 37 percent of career planning variance. Also concern, confidence and curiosity significantly predicted 34 percent of career exploration variance. On the other hand, confidence and concern significantly predicted 20 percent of career networking behaviors. Also control, concern and confidence significantly predicted 55 percent of career decision making self-efficacy variance. Overall, the results showed the important role of career ADAPTABILITY and its dimensions on predicting career adapting including career exploration, career planning, career decision-making self-efficacy and career networking behaviors.
