Abstract: 

زمینه و هدف: فرسودگی شغلی مشکل رایج در میان کارکنان است. یکی از پرسشنامه هایی که برای اندازه گیری فرسودگی شغلی مشاوران ساخته شده است، پرسشنامه فرسودگی گلدارد می باشد. هدف پژوهش حاضر تعیین ساختار عاملی این پرسشنامه، تدوین فرمی کوتاه از آن برای استفاده در تمام مشاغل بود.روش بررسی: ابزارهای استفاده شده در پژوهش عبارت بودند از: شاخص توصیف شغلی و پرسشنامه فرسودگی شغلی گلدارد. نمونه آماری مورد مطالعه عبارت بودند 460 نفر از کارکنان مرد که در مشاغل اداری مشغول به کار بودند. نوع روش تحقیق همبستگی بود. برای تعیین روایی و همبستگی پرسشنامه، ابتدا 20 پرسش از 40 پرسش پرسشنامه فرسودگی شغلی گلدارد انتخاب شد. هم پرسشنامه بیست سوالی و هم چهل سوالی روی یک گروه اجرا شد و سپس همبستگی دو پرسشنامه تعیین شد. برای تعیین روایی همزمان، همبستگی پرسشنامه تهیه شده و شاخص توصیف شغل محاسبه شد. اطلاعات به دست آمده با آزمون های آمار استنباطی (تحلیل عامل اکتشافی، آزمون مقایسه میانگین های مستقل و آزمون همبستگی پیرسونr ) تجزیه و تحلیل شدند.یافته ها: تحلیل عاملی اکتشافی نشان داد که پرسشنامه کوتاه فرسودگی شغلی از سه عامل تشکیل شده است شامل: جو حاکم بر محیط کار؛ حجم و فشار کار؛ و فرسودگی روانی. نتایج نشان داد که پرسشنامه تهیه شده و ابعاد آن با پرسشنامه چهل سوالی گلدارد همبستگی مستقیم و معنادار؛ و با شاخص توصیف شغلی همبستگی معکوس و معنادار دارد که هر دو یافته حاکی از روایی مناسب همزمان است.نتیجه گیری: پرسشنامه بیست سوالی تهیه شده باتوجه به تایید روایی آن، قادر به شناسایی و تفکیک افراد در معرض خطر فرسودگی شغلی می باشد؛ بنابراین پرسشنامه می تواند در برنامه ریزی های سازمانی و برنامه های شناسایی و پیشگیری از فرسودگی شغلی در سازمان ها و افراد و همچنین در پژوهش های فردی و گروهی مورد استفاده قرار گیرد.

Abstract: 

Background: Nurses’ Job satisfaction and burnout are two important components of health care organizations. Nurses are the majority of hospital personnel so these two important organizational variables have a direct relation to quality of nursing services and community health and also have crucial role in organizational goal achievement.Method: This is an analytic-descriptive study which was done in 2015 on 299 nurses who worked in Hamadan educational and treatment centers. They were selected based on stratified proportional random sampling. Data were collected by Minnesota job satisfaction and Maslach's burnout questionnaires. Using descriptive statistics and inferential statistics (Pearson Correlation Coefficient and Stepwise Multiple Regression) data were analyzed by SPSS 16 software.Results: Findings showed that nurses regarding their job satisfaction were moderately satisfied and had low level of burnout. There was a significant and negative correlation between nurses' job satisfaction and emotional exhaustion (r=-0.664, p<0.01). There was a significant and positive correlation between nurses' job satisfaction and personal accomplishment (r=0.449, p<0.01). There was a significant and negative correlation between nurses' job satisfaction and depersonalization (r=-.503, p<0.01). Job satisfaction dimensions such as extrinsic and intrinsic satisfaction predicted ( 44% and 20%) of variance in emotional exhaustion and personal accomplishment respectively. Intrinsic satisfaction predicted (26%) of variance in depersonalization as well .Conclusion: job satisfaction dimensions were significant predictors of nurses' burnout. So, paying more attention to factors that increase job satisfaction by health system policy-makers can decrease nurses' burnout.

Abstract: 

Background & Aims Due to having multiple tasks in ensuring the health of patients, primary healthcare workers are under many stresses that may lead to job burnout. The present study aims to determine the relationship between occupational stress and job burnout of primary healthcare workers. Materials & Methods This descriptive, correlational study was conducted in 2019 on 128 primary healthcare workers in Saveh and Zarandieh cities, who were selected by a census method. Data was collected by a demographic form, the Maslach Burnout Inventory (MBI), and Spielberger’, s job stress survey (JSS). Descriptive statistics were used to describe the data, and independent t-test, analysis of variance, and Pearson correlation test were used to analyze data in SPSS software, version 18. Results The mean score of JSS was 140. 7±, 48. 6, which was lower the median score (150). The mean frequency score was 23. 43±, 8. 3 for the MBI dimension of emotional exhaustion, 17±, 4. 78 for depersonalization, and 14. 43±, 6. 74 for personal accomplishment. Occupational stress had a positive and significant relationship with the frequency of emotional exhaustion (r=0. 59, P<0. 001) and depersonalization (r=0. 22, P<0. 001), and a negative and significant relationship with the frequency of personal accomplishment (r=-0. 47, P<0. 001). This indicates that with the increase of occupational stress, the frequency of job burnout in two dimensions of emotional exhaustion and depersonalization increases, while the frequency of personal accomplishment decreases. Conclusion Primary healthcare workers in the study region have moderate occupational stress and a high level of job burnout in the areas of depersonalization and personal accomplishment. Considering the high level of job burnout and its relationship with occupational stress in these healthcare workers, and the fact that these factors can have a negative impact on the quality of healthcare services, it is necessary to carry out necessary interventions to reduce and manage occupational stress and job burnout of primary healthcare workers.

Abstract: 

فرسودگی به عنوان حالت روان شناختی تعریف می شود که از سطوح ابتلای استرس های طولانی مدت در زندگی شغلی ناشی می شود. این پروهش با هدف تعیین رابطه بین هوش هیجانی و فرسودگی شغلی انجام شده است. جامعه آماری شامل کلیه کارکنان دانشگاه آزاد اسلامی واحد بجنورد در سال 1392 بود که با استفاده از روش نمونه گیری تصادفی ساده نمونه گیری انجام شد. ابزار گردآوری داده ها در این پژوهش برای سنجش هوش هیجانی، پرسشنامه هوش هیجانی بار- ان و برای سنجش فرسودگی شغلی، پرسشنامه فرسودگی شغلی مسلچ و جکسون مورد استفاده قرار گرفت جهت تحلیل داده ها آزمون رگرسیون و روش همبستگی پیرسون استفاده گردید. یافته های پژوهش نشان می دهد که بین هوش هیجانی با فرسودگی شغلی ارتباط معنی داری وجود دارد. افرادی که قدرت مدیریت هیجاناتشان را دارند و آنها را در مسیر درستی قرار می دهند بهترین بهره برداری را از هیجانات شان می کنند و دیگران را در مسیر هدف هایشان قرار می دهند از این رو کمتر دچار فرسودگی شغلی می شوند.

Abstract: 

Introduction: Occupational burnout is one of job risks that have attended in recent Years. This problem in addition to the appearance of physical undesirable effects and psychologic complication caused decrease efficiency losening of humanistic power especially in professional services. Regarding to nurses roles 10 medical health system and necessity of high motivation for health immunity of great class and their authorities so their research is carried out for studying of Nurses occupational burnout in educational hospitals affiliated to Tehran medical sciences university. Methods: This research is a correlational and descriptive cross sectional study that selected 200 nurses by probability multistage method. In this study in addition to information about variables frequency of bum out by using of statistic tests for describe relation between these variables. The tools were two questionnaires such as demographic characteristic, maslach occupational burnout inventory. Results: The finding of present study showed that more samples were low level respect to times and intense of occupational burnout in emotional fatigue and depersonalization dimensions and most of them were high level in dimension of individual efficiency. Also there was significant correlation between depersonalization and intensity of job in emotional fatigue and depersonalization with record of service. Conclusion: As the result showed regarding to intense and times burn out individual non efficiency in nurses was high level. That confirm to results of Lopez Franco & et al (2005). The high level Job burnout in this dimension can be marked negative Attitude toward self and profession, disinclination to job satisfaction and self reliance deduction in individuals.

Abstract: 

Introduction: Today, nurses in comparison to other organizational staff experience a high level of burnout. One of the factors affecting the level of the disturbances in nurses is their job security.Aim: This study was done to assessing the effects of job security on burnout syndrome among nurses who employed in Imam Khomeini hospital in Noor city.Method: This study was descriptive- correlation that theoretical model and hypotheses were tested by structural equation modeling (ESM). For data gathering was used two questionnaires; job security with the reliability of (0.86), and job burnout with the reliability of (0.91). Samples were selected randomly and it size was estimated by Cochran formula (96) who were employed in Emam Khomeini hospital in Noor city. Data were analyzed by Pearson’s coefficient (by SPSS) and structural equation modeling (ESM) by LISREL.Results: The results showed a significant inverse relationship between job security and burnout and its components in among nurses (P=0.001). Also, Structural equation modeling (ESM) analysis confirmed the causal and reverses the effects of job security on burnout (and all components) of nurses (T ≤ -1.96).Conclusion: In order to findings recommends to nurse managers and other hospital administrators to reduce job burnout of nurses they focus their plans to improve the nurses’ job security.

Abstract: 

Introduction Having sufficient skills and abilities to participate not only in professional life but also in the social life of individuals is vital. Skills are the basis of social cohesion, which is based on mutual understanding, respect for differences, civic responsibility, creativity, freedom and interpersonal skills. The education system provides sufficient skills for all citizens. Job satisfaction is an attitude that improves productivity, motivates employees and empowers them. Therefore, recognizing the factors affecting it and paying attention to job skills can provide the basis for job satisfaction increase. The aim of this study was to investigate the effect of job skills on job satisfaction with the mediating role of job burnout. Method This research is in the category of applied descriptive cross-sectional studies. The statistical population included all employees of two drilling rigs belonged to the National Iranian Drilling Company. Using simple random sampling method, 152 employees were selected and questionnaires were distributed among them. Finally, 109 questionnaires were collected. The data instruments included standard questionnaires. Content validity and construct validity tests were used to assess validity and Cronbach's alpha and integrated reliability tests were used to measure reliability in PLS software. Results Based on the results of the study, all hypotheses were confirmed and it was concluded that the present study has a relatively strong scientific support. The findings show that job skills have an significant effect on job satisfaction with a partial effect of mediation of job burnout. Discussion Considering the relationship between job satisfaction with job burnout and job skills, it is necessary for managers to implement programs to increase employee job satisfaction and self-efficacy and provide a basis for reducing job burnout.
