THIS RESEARCH WAS CARRIED OUT BY AIM OF STUDYING TRAINING OF STAFF IN REGARD TO EMPOWERMENT OF STAFF IN MARAND EDUCATION DEPARTMENT. THIS RESEARCH IS APPLIED AND DESCRIPTIVE-SURVEY IN REGARD TO AIM AND NATURE, RESPECTIVELY.THE POPULATION INCLUDES ALL STAFF OF EDUCATION DEPARTMENT IN MARAND THAT THEY ARE 60 PERSONS. THIS SAMPLING WAS ALL ENUM. DATA HAS BEEN COLLECTED BY STANDARD TRAINING QUESTIONNAIRE AND THE ASPRYSR EMPOWERMENT.THE RESULT OF ANALYZING THE MAIN HYPOTHESIS SHOWS THAT TRAINING OF STAFF PLAYS EFFECTIVE ROLE IN EMPOWERMENT OF STAFF.THE FIRST AND SECOND SUB-HYPOTHESIS SHOWS THAT TRAINING STAFF HAS EFFECTIVE ROLE ON SENSE OF COMPETENCY AND FEELING OF FREE OPERATION (LATITUDE), RESPECTIVELY.ALSO, THE RESULT OF THIRD SUB-HYPOTHESIS IS THE EFFECTIVE ROLE OF TRAINING IN CREATING SENSE OF EFFECTIVENESS. THE RESULT OF FORTH SUB-HYPOTHESIS SHOWS THAT TRAINING OF STAFF HAS EFFECTIVE ROLE ON FEELING SIGNIFICANTLY IN THEM AND FINALLY, THE FIFTH SUB-HYPOTHESIS REPRESENTS EFFECTIVE ROLE OF TRAINING IN INCREASING STAFF’S CONFIDENCE.
