Abstract

 BACKGROUND: CLASSICAL NUCLEIC ACID BIOSENSORS, REFERRED TO GENOSENSORS ARE GENERALLY BASED ON THE NATURAL AFFINITY OF SINGLE STRAND DNA (SSDNA) TO ITS COMPLEMENTARY STRAND, ALLOWING THE DETECTION OF TARGET SPECIFIC GENES.
