Abstract

 NOWADAYS, THE COMPETITIVE ADVANTAGE IN BUSINESSES IS, HUMAN CAPITAL, EVEN TECHNOLOGICAL ADVANCEMENTS CANNOT BE REPLACED INSTEAD OF MANPOWER. THE ORGANIZATIONS SHOULD BE SUPPORT AND CONSIDER MOTIVATIONAL NEEDS OF EMPLOYEES. ONE OF THE BENEFITS OF UNDERSTANDING MOTIVATIONAL INCENTIVES IS IMPROVING STAFF PERFORMANCE AND INCREASE PRODUCTIVITY AND SATISFACTION. IN THIS PAPER, AFTER IDENTIFY THE EMPLOYEE NEEDS BY MASLOW'S HIERARCHY OF NEEDS, EVALUATING EMPLOYEE MOTIVATION AND SATISFACTION, IN OTHER WORDS, HAVE BEEN COMBINING THE TWO MODELS.
