Abstract

 INTRODUCTION: TO EVALUATE THE SYNOVIUM- DERIVED MESENCHYMAL STEM CELL DIFFERENTIATION IN TO NEURAL CELLS IN VITRO. BECAUSE OF THE UNIQUE ATTRIBUTES OF PLASTICITY AND ACCESSIBILITY OF MESENCHYMAL STEM CELLS (MSCS), IT SEEMS THEY ARE PROMISING CANDIDATES FOR CELL-BASED THERAPY OF DEGENERATIVE DISEASES. STEM CELLS HAVE GREAT POTENTIAL AS THERAPEUTIC INSTRUMENTS IN THE TREATMENT OF NEUROLOGICAL DISEASES AS DIVERSE AS MULTIPLE SCLEROSIS, STROKE, SPINAL CORD INJURIES, ETC. MSCS DERIVED FROM DIFFERENT SOURCES BUT SUPERIORITY OF SYNOVIUM AS A CELL SOURCE HAS REPORTED IN PREVIOUS STUDIES...
