Abstract

 FPGA IS ONE OF THE STRONGEST PROGRAMMABLE CHIPS THAT MAKES IT POSSIBLE TO DESIGN THE MOST COMPLEX AND FASTEST DIGITAL CIRCUIT IN A SHORT TIME. IT IS APPLICABLE IN NOISY INDUSTRIAL LOCATIONS, WHILE THERE COULD NOT FIND IN READY MODULE, IP CORE OR FUNCTION FPGA TO TYPE CONVERSION TEXT AND ILLUSTRATE ON LCD EASILY, IT IS NECESSARY TO DESIGN AND IMPLEMENT A COMPREHENSIVE AND REUSABLE PROGRAM IN VHDL LANGUAGE IN ORDER TO SET UP THE 32-CHARACTER MONITOR. IN THE PRESENT PAPER, IT WAS SUCCESSFULLY DONE AND IMPLEMENTED TO DESIGN A MODULE OR STARTER CORE WITH A PACKAGE INCLUDING CONVERSION FUNCTION. IT WOULD BE POSSIBLE TO DEPICT CONVERSIONAL NUMBERS OR ANY 32-CHARACTER TEXTS WITH DESIGNING THE SIMPLE AND FLEXIBLE MODULE TO PRESENT TO PROGRAMMERS. STRUCTURAL METHOD IS USED TO CONNECT TO THE PROGRAM. PROGRAMMING, SIMULATION AND IMPLEMENTING IS DONE BY ISE SOFTWARE WITH NO IMPLEMENTING LIMITATIONS IN CHIP KINDS. THE RESEARCHERS IMPLEMENT THE MODULE ON FPGA CHIP OF SPARTAN 6 FAMILY AND 10 MHZ ENTERING FREQUENCY SUCCESSFUL.
