Abstract

 ONE PHENOMENON OF THE SNOW AVALANCHE THAT IF SCIENCE CANNOT DEAL WITH THE DANGERS AND DIFFICULTIES IN COMMUNICATION PATHS IRREPARABLE MOUNTAINOUS AREAS, RECREATIONAL WORKSHOPS AND MINES OCCASIONALLY OCCUR AVALANCHE TO RECREATE. THE AVALANCHES RISK REDUCTION STRATEGIES, ALSO BASED ON PRACTICAL EXPERIENCE, AND SCIENTIFIC METHODS THAT CAN TRACK AVALANCHES, DISTANCE COMFORT AND EFFECTIVE PRESSURE PREDICTED THEY RELY. INCREASE THE ACCURACY AND RELIABILITY OF ZONING AVALANCHE DANGER IS OF SPECIAL IMPORTANCE IN DENSELY POPULATED AREAS ARE MOUNTAINOUS. WITH PROPER MANAGEMENT AND CLOSER EXAMINATION CANNOT BE PREDICTED ONLY AVALANCHES, BUT ALSO FROM THE LOSSES ARE CONSIDERABLY TO BE AVOIDED. A LOOK AT RECENT EVENTS AVALANCHE WHICH UNFORTUNATELY LED TO SEVERAL CASUALTIES AND SUBSTANTIAL FINANCIAL NEED TO LEARN ABOUT AVALANCHES AND HOW THE OCCURRENCE AND ITS CONSEQUENCES OF ENRICHED. THEREFORE, IN ORDER TO PREVENT AND MITIGATE DAMAGES FROM SUCH A DISASTER, IDENTIFY AND EVALUATE THE FACTORS AFFECTING THE FORMATION OF AVALANCHES AND ALSO IDENTIFY THE LOCATION OF AVALANCHE IN THE REGION WITH HAZARD ZONATION MAP AVALANCHE AND THE ASSESSMENT OF NEW TECHNOLOGIES GIS AND RS IS PROVIDED. MOUNTAIN ROAD OF KARAJ - CHALOUS IS ONE OF THE AXIS CONNECTING THE NORTH OF THE COUNTRY DUE TO PARTICULAR GEOMORPHOLOGIC CONDITIONS IN PARTS OF ITS ROUTE AVALANCHE HAS CREATED FERTILE GROUND FOR THE STUDY OF AERIAL PHOTOGRAPHSAND BY TOPOGRAPHIC MAPS AND EARTH SURVEY AND FIELD VISITS, THE AVALANCHE-PRONE AREA MAPS HAVE BEEN CREATED. ACCORDING TO THESE ISSUES IN THE WATERSHED WAS TO IDENTIFY AREAS PRONE TO AVALANCHES. LAYERS OF CORRESPONDING TECHNIQUES OF REMOTE SENSING AND GEOGRAPHIC INFORMATION SYSTEM, MINING, PROCESSING AND ANALYSIS WERE PERFORMED. FINALLY AVALANCHE-PRONE AREAS OF THE MAP, AND THE WAYS TO PREVENT THE DEVASTATING EFFECTS OF THIS NATURAL PHENOMENON WAS INTRODUCED. SURVEY SHOWS THAT CHALOUS ROAD ROUTE PASSES THROUGH AREAS OF RED AND BLUE (HIGH AND MEDIUM RISK).
