Abstract

 TETRANYCHOID MITES ARE THE MOST IMPORTANT ACARINE PESTS IN ORCHARDS ALL OVER THE WORLD. IN A SURVEY CARRIED OUT IN KERMANSHAH ORCHARDS, TEN SPECIES FROM SEVEN GENUS AND TWO FAMILIES OF SUPERFAMILY TETRANYCHOIDEA COLLECTED AS INJURIOUS PESTS. TWELVE SPECIES OF PREDATORS FROM SIX FAMILIES HAVE BEEN RECORDED THAT CAN USE THESE PESTS AS PREY.
