Abstract

 WHEN FOCUSING ON THE AGRICULTURAL EXTENSION FOR THE YOUNG IN AGRICULTURAL AREAS, THERE EXISTS THE POSSIBILITY OF ENFORCING THE ASPECTS OF STRENGTH AS WELL AS THE POSSIBILITY OF OVERCOMING ITS WEAKNESS, DEPENDING ON KNOWING THE DIFFICULTIES FACED BY THE YOUNG IN THESE AGRICULTURAL AREAS .DEVELOPING THOSE YOUNG WHO LIVE IN SUCH PLACES OCCURS BY MEANS OF SUPPLYING THEM WITH REQUIRED AGRICULTURAL INFORMATION BY THE AGRICULTURAL GUIDES . THE STUDY CONCLUDES THAT 66.67% OF AGRICULTURAL GUIDES DO NOT PRACTICE ANY AGRICULTURAL WORK OR ACTIVITY IN THEIR OFFICES OR UNITS AND 75% OF THEM DIDN’T MAKE ANY FIELD CLARIFICATION IN THE PLACES IN WHICH THEY WORK .THE STUDY ALSO CONCLUDES THAT ALL THESE GUIDES (100%) HAVE POSITIVE TRENDS TOWORDS THEIR WORK AND (58.33%) OF THEM ARE HIGHLY STIMULATED TO PERFORM THEIR WORK. IT IS ALSO FOUND THAT THERE IS A POSITIVE RELATION BETWEEN THE TRENDS OF THOSE GUIDES IN THEIR WORK PLACES AND THEIR PARTICIPATION IN TRAINING COURSES WITH A LEVEL ILLITERACY OF (0.05). AS IT TURN THERE IS NO CORRELATION BETWEEN ATTITUDES TO WORDS WORKING IN AND GUIDES YOUNG RURAL AND EACH OF (EDUCATIONAL LEVEL, LENGTH OF SERVICES IN AND GUIDES UNITS YOUNG RURAL.
