Abstract

 BACKGROUND: BREAST CANCER IS THE FIRST CAUSE OF DEATH AMONG WOMEN WORLDWIDE. MIRNAS, NEWLY DISCOVERED NON CODING RNAS, REGULATE GENE EXPRESSION AT POST TRANSCRIPTIONAL LEVEL BY BASE PAIRING WITH 3’UTR OF THEIR TARGETED MRNAS ANNOTATED AS THEIR TARGETOME.RECENT STUDIES HAVE SHOWN THAT UP-REGULATION OF MIR-210 IS ASSOCIATED WITH TUMOR PROLIFERATION AND ALSO INVASIVENESS OF BREAST CANCER, CAPABLE OF DISCRIMINATING BETWEEN NON-INVASIVE AND INVASIVE FORMS OF IN-SITU CARCINOMA….
