Abstract

 INTRODUCTION: SEA FOOD IS THE MOST ESSENTIAL NUTRITIONAL NEEDS OF EACH COMMUNITY. SINCE THE SHRIMP MEAT IS RICH IN PROTEIN, OMEGA-3, VITAMIN D AND CALCIUM AND PHOSPHORUS AND TRACE MINERALS SUCH AS IODINE, TAKING IT TO ALL PEOPLE, ESPECIALLY CHILDREN AND PREGNANT WOMEN IS INEVITABLE. SO BECAUSE OF CONSUMER DISEASE, CONTAMINATION OF THESE PRODUCTS, IS ALSO IMPORTANT. OFTEN, CONTAMINATED SHRIMP CONSUMPTION CAUSES GASTROINTESTINAL DISEASES IN HUMAN. IMPROPER COOKING OF THESE PRODUCTS, WHICH ARE OFTEN COOKED OR GRILLED OR FRIED, THAT USUALLY CENTER OF MEAT IS RAW AND PATHOGEN OR HEAT-STABLE TOXIN WILL REMAIN UNCHANGED AND CAUSE ILLNESS.
