Abstract

 INTRODUCTION ALLERGIC SUBSTANCES HAVE BEEN INCREASING OVER THE PAST FEW DECADES. FOOD ALLERGENS HAVE BEEN THE BASIC CAUSE FOR ALLERGY AMONG THE CHILDREN AND INFANTS. THEREFORE, STUDYING THE ALLERGIC MATERIALS IN CHILDREN IS IMPORTANT.DURING THIS STUDY, THE MOST COMMON FOOD ALLERGENS WERE EVALUATED IN CHILDREN UNDER 2 YEARS OLD WHO WERE REFERRED TO THE PEYVAND LABORATORY. METHOD IN THIS STUDY, 71 CHILDREN UNDER 2 YEARS OLD WITH ALLERGIC SIGNS, WHO WERE REFERRED TO THE PEYVAND LABORATORY, WERE EVALUATED FOR THE LEVEL OF IGE AND DIAGNOSING THE KIND OF ANTIBODIES FOR THE FOOD ALLERGENS.FOOD ALLERGENS WERE EXAMINED BY THE IMMUNOBLOTTING METHOD FOR THE 35 KINDS OF ALLERGENS IN THE SERUMIC SAMPLES OF THE CHILDREN….
