Abstract

 OBJECTIVE: HUMAN ENDOMETRIAL STEM CELLS (HENSCS) ARE NON HEMATOPOIETIC MULTIPOTENT ADULT STEM CELLS WITH A HIGH CAPACITY OF SELF-RENEWAL AND THE POTENTIAL TO DIFFERENTIATE INTO SPECIALIZED CELLS IN RESPONSE TO SPECIFIC SIGNALS. THESE KIND OF STEM CELLS HAVE THE BEST THERAPEUTIC POTENTIAL IN CELL THERAPY. THE PURPOSE OF THIS STUDY WAS TO INVESTIGATE THE EFFECT OF SMALL MOLECULE PURMURPHAMIN (PMA) ON DIFFERENTIATION OF ENDOMETRIAL MESENCHYMAL STEM CELLS INTO NEURONS.
