Abstract

 IN THIS PAPER, THE NUMERICAL SOLUTIONS OF A SYSTEM OF TWO NONLINEAR INTEGRO-DIFFERENTIAL EQUATIONS, WHICH DESCRIBES BIO-LOGICAL SPECIES LIVING TOGETHER, ARE DRIVED EMPLOYING THE WELL-KNOWN HOMOTOPY ANALYSIS METHOD (HAM).THE HAM CONTAINS THE AUXILIARY PARAMETER H, THAT PROVIDES A POWERFUL TOOL TO ANALYZE STRONGLY LINEAR AND NONLINEAR PROBLEMS. EXAMPLE ARE PROVIDED TO DEMON-STRATE THE ADVANTAGES OF HAM OVER THE HPM.
