Abstract

 OBJECTIVE: DAPHNE OLEOIDES IS A WILD PLANT OF THE THYMELAEACEAE FAMILY, WHICH GROWS IN SEVERAL REGIONS OF IRAN. IT IS USED IN THE TREATMENT OF SKIN DISEASES AND CANCER, TRADITIONALLY. THE EXTRACT OF D. OLEOIDES SHOWED ANTI-LEUKEMIA ACTIVITY PARTICULARLY AGAINST U937 CELL LINE. THEREFORE, THE AIM OF THIS STUDY WAS TO COMPARISON THE ANTI-CANCER ACTIVITY OF ALCOHOLIC EXTRACTS OF D.
