Abstract

 CACO3/PVC NANOCOMPOSITES WERE PREPARED USING AN INTERNAL MIXER. THEIR RHEOLOGICAL PROPERTIES WERE INVESTIGATED AND IT WAS OBSERVED THAT THE COMPLEX MODULUS, STORAGE MODULUS AND LOSS MODULUS INCREASED WITH INCREASING THE AMOUNT OF NANO CALCIUM CARBONATE AT DIFFERENT FREQUENCIES, THAT MIGHT BE DUE TO THE FORMATION OF A NETWORK STRUCTURE IN THE MOLTEN STATE.
