Abstract

 INTRODUCTION: THE PROCESS IN WHICH HEME MOLECULE BY ITS SUBSTRATE (HYDROGEN PEROXIDE) ARE DEACTIVED AND DESTROYED CALLED THE SUICIDE INACTIVATION PROCESS. IN THESE PROCESSES SUBSTRATE CONCENTRATION SHOULD BE HIGH (3MM).THE CONCENTRATION OF HYDROGEN PEROXIDE DURING THE REACTION REMAIN CONSTANT. THE HEME TIME-DEPENDENT INACTIVATION PROCESS BY HIGH CONCENTRATION OF HYDROGEN PEROXIDE ACTUALLY WILL BE DEPENDENT ON HYDROGEN DONORS CONCENTRATION (GUAIACOL) AND ACTIVATE HEME CONCENTRATION THE PROPER LIGAND AMONG THE AMINOACIDS HISTIDINE, TYROSINE AND CYSTEINE, TYROSINE LIGAND IN THE MOLAR RATIO OF 0.5 (1: 1 COMPLEX) IS A GOOD CANDIDATE FOR OXIDATION REACTIONS HOMOGENEOUS CATALYZED BY HEME.THESE LIGAND WITH INCREASED HEME CATALYTIC ACTIVITY IN SUBSTRATE HIGH CONCENTRATION ACTUALLY SHORTEN THE TIME OF THE REACTION PROCESS AND DECREASE THE SPEED OF INACTIVE PROCESS.
