Abstract

 THE CO-FE-MN CATALYST WAS PREPARED USING THE CO-PRECIPITATION METHOD IN ORDER TO STUDY ITS CATALYTIC ACTIVITY AND SELECTIVITY FOR FISCHER-TROPSCH SYNTHESIS. THE EFFECT OF CALCINATION TEMPERATURE, TIME AND ATMOSPHERE ON THE CATALYTIC PERFORMANCE OF CO-FE-MN/MGO CATALYST WAS INVESTIGATED. IT WAS FOUND THAT THE CATALYST CALCINED AT 600°C FOR 6H UNDER AIR ATMOSPHERE HAS SHOWN THE BEST CATALYTIC PERFORMANCE FOR CO HYDROGENATION.
