Abstract

 INTRODUCTION: THE CHEMICAL MODIFICATIONS OF BARE ELECTRODES WITH REDOX ACTIVE THIN FILMS OFFER SIGNIFICANT ADVANTAGES IN THE DESIGN AND DEVELOPMENT OF ELECTROCHEMICAL SENSORS [1-2]. WE EMPLOYED A POLY (2-AMINO-2-HYDROXYMETHYL-PROPANE-1, 3DIOL) GCE FOR THE SIMULTANEOUS DETERMINATION OF NA, AC AND TYR IN PH 2.0. THE PRESENT STUDY RELATES TO THE ELECTROPOLYMERATION OF (2-AMINO-2-HYDROXYMETHYL-PROPANE-1, 3DIOL) ON A GLASSY CARBON ELECTRODE TO DEVELOP A SENSOR FOR SELECTIVE AND SENSITIVE DETECTION OF NA, AC AND TYR INDIVIDUALLY IN THE PRESENCE OF THE OTHER TWO SPECIES. THE SEPARATION OF THE OXIDATION PEAK POTENTIALS FOR NA-AC AND AC-TRY WERE ABOUT 131MV AND 322 MV, RESPECTIVELY.
