Abstract

 PROTECTION OF WATER RESOURCES, PROPER DISPOSAL OF COLLECTED SEWAGE POLLUTION, PARTICULARLY OF THE COUNTRY THAT IS THE WORLD OF THE WATER DEFICIT AREAS IS VERY IMPORTANT (1). POOR QUALITY EFFLUENT HOME CAN CAUSE SERIOUS ENVIRONMENTAL PROBLEMS ARE ALSO, WATER IS CONSIDERED AS ONE OF THE LEAST OF OUR PROBLEMS. THE REASONS FOR THE LACK OF POPULATION GROWTH, IMPROVE LIVING STANDARDS, CLIMATE CHANGE AND THE MANAGEMENT OF WATER RESOURCES REQUIRES WASTEWATER REUSE CAN BE AN APPROPRIATE SOLUTION STRATEGY FOR WATER RESOURCES DEVELOPMENT AND WATER NEEDS TO BE CONSIDERED (2). WASTEWATER TREATMENT PLANT CAN BE CONSIDERED A NEW SOURCE OF WATER, MOSTLY DUE TO EASE OF ACCESS, NO FLUCTUATIONS IN PRODUCTION LEVELS DURING THE YEAR AND OF ITS RELATIONSHIP WITH ANNUAL RAINFALL THAT COULD IT IS A RELIABLE SOURCE FOR IRRIGATION OF THE ARID AND OTHER USES WILL BECOME.DATA SAMPLING OF WASTEWATER AS FOUR IN JANUARY 1390 TO LATE 1391 MEASURE WAS PARAMETERS LIKE TEMPERATURE, COLIFORM, TURBIDITY, PH, COD, BOD, CL-, TSS, TDS, DO .... AND THE DATA OBTAINED WITH THE STANDARDS OF THE ENVIRONMENTAL PROTECTION AGENCY AND REUSE FOR AGRICULTURAL PURPOSES AND IRRIGATION AND DISCHARGE TO SURFACE WATERS WERE EXAMINED.THE RESULTS SHOWED THAT THE MEASURED VALUES OF THE PARAMETERS PH, BOD, COD, TURBIDITY, DO, AS, CD, PB AND HG WITH AVERAGE, 8.34, 66.45, 106.4, 4.15, 7.80, 0.422 ´ 10-2, 0.208 ´ 10-3, 0.568 ´ 10-2, 0.239 ´ 10-2 ENVIRONMENTAL STANDARD IN THE FILD OF AGRICULTURE AND IRRIGATION REUSE IN AGAIN CONSISTENT. HOWEVER CHLORIDE, AND TSS, PARAMETERS, AVERAGE 6.70, 455.7 MG/LIT IS NOT CONSISTENT.TEST ALSO SHOW THAT THE SURFACE WATER DISCHARGE MEASURED VALUES OF THE PARAMETERS COD, BOD, TSS AND CHLORIDE IN THE EFFLUENT, RESPECTIVELY, WITH A MEAN 106.4, 66.45, 455.7, 60.7 MG/LIT WITH ENVIRONMENTAL STANDARD IN THIS AREA, RESPECTIVELY 60, 30, 40 AND 600 MG/LIT DOSE NOT MATCH, HOWEVER PARAMETERS PH, DO, NO3 -, TURBIDITY, AS, CD, PB, HG WITH MEAN 8.34, 7.80, 11.291, 4.15, 0.422 ´ 10-2, 0.208 ´ 10-3, 0.568 ´ 10-2, 0. 239 ´ 10-2 MG/LIT SURFACE WATER MEETS ENVIRONMENTAL STANDARDS.FINALLY, WITH RESPECT TO THE WASTEWATER TREATMENT PLANT OF ILAM, IN THE CASE OF WASTEWATER DISCHARGES TO SURFACE WATER DISCHARGE STANDARDS, SHOULD BE AN ESSENTIAL STEP IN REDUCING PARAMETERS SUCH AS BOD, COD AND TSS DONE.
