Abstract

 ONE OF THE IMPORTANT AND USEFUL TECHNIQUES TO PRODUCT NANODRUG PARTICLES IS TO USE IMPINGING JETS. IN THIS STUDY, THE EFFECT OF OPERATING PARAMETERS, CBZ CONCENTRATION, FLOW RATE OF SOLUTION AND ANTISOLVENT ON PARTICLE SIZE WERE EXPERIMENTALLY INVESTIGATED. MOREOVER, BY CONSIDERING SEM PICTURES, DECREASING CONCENTRATION CAUSED TO THE PRODUCTION OF SMALLER PARTICLES IN THE RANGE OF 430 TO 190NM. THE RESULTS INDICATED THAT BY INCREASING FLOW RATE OF SOLUTION, THE PARTICLE SIZE FROM 320 TO 510 NM INCREASES AND BY INCREASING ANTISOLVENT/SOLUTION RATE, THE PARTICLE SIZE FROM 320 TO 204 NM DECREASES.
