Abstract

 CLASSIC MANAGEMENT SCIENCE METHODS ARE NOT APPROPRIATE BECAUSE OF AMBIGUOUS DATA FOR MODELING AND CAUSING LACK OF FLEXIBILITY IN DECISION-MAKING MATHEMATICAL MODELS WHERE THE UNCERTAINTIES OF MANAGEMENT SYSTEMS, MAKES DECISIONS ON MARKETING MANAGEMENT AND MARKETING MIX TO DETERMINE THE VALUE OF THE BUSINESS ENVIRONMENT IS NOT OPTIMAL. HAVING OPTIMAL DECISION RESULTED IN MARKETING MANAGEMENT IS PRODUCT DEVELOPMENT, SALES, PROMOTION. NOW FUZZY MANAGEMENT KNOWLEDGE USING THEORY FUZZY SYSTEMS CAN BE A NEW APPROACH TO SOLVE THE PROBLEM AND ANSWER THE QUESTIONS POSED IN THE MANAGEMENT SYSTEMS. THE THEORY OF FUZZY SYSTEMS USING FUZZY LOGIC THEORY AND FUZZY MEASURES CAN BE MODELING THE PARAMETERS SUCH AS KNOWLEDGE, EXPERIENCE, JUDGMENT AND DECISION HUMAN AND WHILE MAINTAINING THE FLEXIBILITY OF THE MODEL, PROVIDE GRAY IMAGE OF THE GRAY WORLD.
