Abstract

 NOWADAYS THE MOST IMPORTANT COMPETITIVE ADVANTAGE OF ORGANIZATION IS ITS PRODUCTIVE MANPOWER. AS FAR AS HOW TO USE AND MANAGE THEIR POTENTIAL AND ACTUAL ABILITIES IS THE ORGANIZATIONS MAJOR CAUSE OF FAILURE OR SUCCESS IN ACHIEVING THEIR OBJECTIVES. ON THE OTHER HAND TO ACHIEVE THEIR HIGHEST LEVEL OF PRODUCTIVITY, THEY NEED A COMPREHENSIVE APPROACH TO EMPLOYEES EMPOWERING PROCESS. THEREFORE THE AIM OF WRITING THIS ARTICLE IS TO EXPLAIN THE CONCEPT OF EMPLOYEES EMPOWERMENT AND TO IDENTIFY ORGANIZATIONAL PROCESSES ARE THOROUGHLY AFFECTING IT. THUS AT FIRST THE IMPORTANCE OF THE PROCESS APPROACH IN SOLVING ORGANIZATIONAL ISSUES WILL BE DISCUSSED. THEN CAUTIOUSLY TO THE VIEW OF EMPLOYEE EMPOWERMENT SCHOLARS AND THINKERS, THE PROCESSES AFFECTING EMPLOYEES ARE DESCRIBED AND FINALLY, THE AUTHORS EMPHATICALLY THE IMPORTANCE OF SYSTEM AND PROCESS APPROACH IN SOLVING ORGANIZATIONAL PROBLEMS, EFFECTIVE PROCESSES AND INTERACTIONS BETWEEN THEM FOR EMPLOYEES EMPOWERMENT, WILL OFFER A COMPREHENSIVE MODEL WITH A SYSTEM AND PROCESS PERSPECTIVE.
