  Our purpose is to prove that if C is a weakly compact convex subset of a Banach space E satisfying Opial’s condition and T: C ® C is an asymptotically quasi-nonexpansive affine mapping such that F (T)¹Ø, then for all xÎ C, {Tnx} is weakly almostconvergent to some z Î F (T).
