Abstract

ISLAMIC HUMAN RESOURCES MANAGEMENT is one of the key components for employing the ISLAMIC MANAGEMENT approach in organizations. Despite its high importance of this issue, it has not been addressed in the literature as it should be. Thus the present research is conducted in order to fill the theoretical gap and presenting practical solutions in this field. The purpose of this research is to investigate the impact of ISLAMIC HUMAN RESOURCES MANAGEMENT on the improvement of EMPLOYEES’ COMMITMENT through enhancing the levels of perceived justice in the organization. This study is practical in terms of purpose and descriptive-correlation considering the methodology. The statistical population consists of 140 employees from the bureau of endowments and charity affairs in Tehran. By using the Cochran’s formula and simple random sampling, 103 questionnaires were distributed. The gathered data is analyzed by path analysis with structural equation modeling using the Smart PLS software. The findings indicate the positive and significant relation among the ISLAMIC HUMAN RESOURCES MANAGEMENT, ORGANIZATIONAL JUSTICE and EMPLOYEES’ COMMITMENT.
