Abstract

 To evaluate the influence of EMPLOYMENT and family life on satisfaction of female teachers, 200 women employed in Karaj were randomly selected. They responded the researcher made questionnaires verified by the professors. Results indicated that: 1. there are significant relationship between the length of marital life and the level of satisfaction among female teachers. 2- There is a significant correlation between the status of child bearing and the rate of satisfaction. 3- There is a positive relationship between the rate of wife cooperation level and the women satisfaction. That is, the higher correlation features, the better and sufficient satisfaction are achieved.4- There is a significant relation between the EMPLOYMENT positions (official, wage paid and salary paid) and the amount of satisfaction in female teachers. The official teachers are more satisfied than the other employed groups.5- There is not a significant relationship between the graduation level and the women’s satisfaction.6- There is not a significant relationship between the number of CHILDREN and the LIFE SATISFACTION. 7. There is a positive relationship between the financial status of the husband and the amount of female teachers’ satisfaction. That is, women with rich mates enjoy better kind of satisfaction at the whole.8- There is not a significant relationship between daily working hours and the rate of satisfaction among female teachers.
