Abstract

 Banks and financial and credit institutions play an important role in the economic growth and development of each country. Nowadays regarding remarkable number of banks and financial and credit institutions, privatization and increasing of competition in the banking field, evaluation of their performance is significant. In this study, PRIVATE BANKS servicing in the course of 2009-2011 have been evaluated and ranked considering financial and non-financial criteria using multiple attribute decision making methods. The results shows that Parsian, Pasargad and Eghtesad novin banks have had better performance during these three years.
