Abstract

 The purpose of the present study was to identify and measure the factors effective on organizational happiness among the employees. A case study of ISLAMIC AZAD UNIVERSITY, WEST TEHRAN BRANCH was under focus. A sample group of 85 participants were selected using Morgan’s table and cluster/random sampling method. Data analyses showed the effect of self-esteem on organizational happiness was 0.232, that of commitment between employees and organization was 0.276, that of comparability of employees’ culture was 0.744, that of trust and belief among the employees was 0.409, and that of cooperation among the employees was 0.823. Regression analysis also confirmed that 71.2% of the changes in organizational happiness of the employees were caused by the factors under study. Among the factors, “cooperation between the employees and the organization” was the most effective factor. This paper concludes with recommendations to improve vivacity among the employees of ISLAMIC AZAD UNIVERSITY, WEST TEHRAN BRANCH.
