Abstract

 The Purpose of this research was to investigate the relationship between INNOVATION CULTURE and ORGANIZATIONAL CLIMATE among personnel of Sepahan Cement Company in Esfahan. The research method of this research was correlational and carried out in the forum of the field study. Research statistical population was the employee’s of Sepahan Cement Company. Due to select the correct sample, we chose systematic random sampling based on Cochran formula for determining sample size. And 270 persons were selected. We used innovational cultural questionnaire in three levels included ORGANIZATIONAL CONSTITUENCY, ORGANIZATIONAL LEARNING and MARKET ORIENTATION with 31 questions and ORGANIZATIONAL CLIMATE questioner include 102 questions (in seven domains) and demographic Variable questionnaire. We analyzed data with Pearson correlation coefficient and stepwise regression analysis. This research revealed that, there was positive significant relation between ORGANIZATIONAL CLIMATE components with INNOVATION CULTURE in tree domain (P<0.01). Stepwise regression analysis revealed that, purpose, property, people and passion have significant predictive power for prediction of ORGANIZATIONAL CONSTITUENCY. Also dimensions purpose, property and passion have significant predictive power for prediction of ORGANIZATIONAL LEARNING; however dimensions purpose, peace have significant predictive power for prediction of MARKET ORIENTATION.
