Abstract

 The study examined the simple and multiple relationships between EMOTIONAL INTELLIGENCE, SELF-EFFICACY and pschological hardiness withe ACCOMMODATING CONFLICT MANAGEMENT style.500 subjects (students of Islamic Azad and Govermental University in Behbahan Township) were randomly selected in multiple stages as sample group In this research, four questionnaires "Emotional Quotient Inventory (E. G. I), General Self- Efficacy scale (G. S. E 10), Ahvaz Hardiness Inventory (A. H. I) and Thomas- Kilmann’s Conflict Instrument (T. K. I) "was used to obtain the data. To analysis the data, pearson’s correlation and multiple regression analysis with enter and stepwise method were used. The results indicated that, A) there was a significant difference between EMOTIONAL INTELLIGENCE and ACCOMMODATING CONFLICT MANAGEMENT style. B) The relationship between SELF-EFFICACY and ACCOMMODATING CONFLICT MANAGEMENT style was significantly negative. C) Relationship between psychologial hardiness and ACCOMMODATING CONFLICT MANAGEMENT style also showed negative significant. D) The results for regression aralysis with enter and stepwise method showed a significant multiple correlations between predictor variables and ACCOMMODATING CONFLICT MANAGEMENT style. The resalts for stepwise regression analysis also showed that among all predictor variables, only psychological hardiness and EMOTIONAL INTELLIGENCE were respectively able to predict ACCOMMODATING CONFLICT MANAGEMENT style.
