Abstract

Question: CRIME or aberration is a dangerous light that shows the weakness or social shortages, and it has different factors which in this research the writer have been attended to the causes and social factors such as: educations, unorganized family, poverty, religion, and relation with unsuitable people, living in poor and unsuitable place, unsuccessful marriage. The basic target of this research is effective social factors on prisoner women’s CRIMEs that must be identify and consider. Additional target of this research is investigation of CRIMEs according to ages and educational groups, marriage situation, economic situation, residential area, and investigation of belonging amount, FAMILY DISSOLUTION, religion, MARRIAGE AGE of criminal women in compare with none criminal women. The research method of this investigation is measurable method. Gathering method of necessary data about employed variants is used from questionnaire. Statistical society in this research include: all of prisoner women of Golestan province’s prisons in 1387. Sampling method is accomplished systematically, and sampling capacity is used with application of sampling assessment formula, that is 90 percent and for data analysis is used from described and illative charts for the hypothesis exemption from counterpart (T). The founds and investigation results consist: SOCIAL BELONGINGS between criminal women in compare with none criminal women that there is no meaningful variation, in other words, SOCIAL BELONGINGS was not effective in imprisonment, and FAMILY DISSOLUTION factor, MARRIAGE AGE, LIVING ENVIRONMENT, economic and social base among criminal women in compare with none criminal women exisst meaningful variation, in other words, following factors was effective in imprisonment of women.
