Abstract

Strategic management has gone through a revolution in the last 10 years with the introduction of new analytical tools in the decision-making process, many of which are derived from Neuroscience, and this is a revolutionary promise in strategic decision-making and economic models. Along with this, a new approach to strategy management, called "Neuroscience", has emerged in organizational studies. Currently, there is a growing interest in using Neuroscience tools and techniques to study human behavior in organizations. Many organizational researchers have tried to emphasize the influential role of brain processes in managerial decisions and the performance of individuals in the organization by using terms such as organizational cognitive Neuroscience. Cognitive Neuroscience studies the relationship between human thinking and the biological functions of the brain. This field of study seeks to explain how the physical and biological components of the brain affect or cause intangible phenomena such as thoughts, feelings, behaviors, and memories. Nerve-based strategy is the application of Neuroscience in strategic management. Nerve-based strategy means identifying the understanding of predictive analysis and controlling how the human brain functions throughout the strategic management process. Base nerve strategy actually deals with how a strategist thinks, decides, takes action, and ultimately gains a foothold in an industry based on his or her thought patterns, leading to a competitive advantage. Performance is organized. Top managers' attitudes toward strategy and strategic thinking are included in the concept of basic nerve strategy. Neural strategy is one of the new and untapped fields that, although less addressed, can change the paradigm of strategic science. Given that in the definitions of strategy, the human aspect is agreed upon by all experts, neural strategy by emphasizing the difference between strategic thinking and strategic planning tries to help managers and strategists to know how to do half. Brain spheres achieve a balanced, efficient, and effective style in strategic management and can take advantage of the intuitive thinking of the Jeep hemisphere and the logical thinking of the right hemisphere simultaneously. Organizational strategic performance is highly dependent on the beliefs and perceptions of senior managers. Nerve strategy as an empowerment for strategic thinking helps to promote and improve strategic thinking in the organization. This Neuroscience enabler helps us to better understand why people behave and think. Be able to analyze the structure of people's brains. Predict the strategic behaviors of members of the organization and ultimately control them so that the organization can streamline strategic thinking. In the first level it means where to compete and in the second level it means how to compete effectively. Nerve-based strategy role-playing is not limited to the strategy formulation stage, but has a special place throughout the strategic planning and management process. The strategic management process includes three general stages of strategy formulation and evaluation. Be mindful and at the same time be able to use their planning and analysis skills. In the development stage and other stages, how to participate and gain the support of members of the organization is also very important in the strategic management process. Conflict between different organizational units between the units of the power and political power and political units. In this article, we have tried to review and introduce neural strategy in different stages of strategic management and its application in the organization.
