Abstract: 

بررسی رویکردهای مختلف درباره پیوند جهانی شدن و بومی گرایی و کارکردهای تربیتی آن، هدف اصلی مقاله حاضر است. برای نیل به این هدف از روش تحلیلی استفاده شد. بر این اساس، چهار رویکرد یکسان سازی، کثرت گرایی رادیکال، اختلاط و پیوند فرهنگی و جهانی محلی شدن و نیز کارکردهای تربیتی هر یکاز این رویکردها موردمطالعه قرار گرفت. در میان این رویکرد ها، رویکرد یکسان سازی، با توجه به تلاش آن برای حاکم کردن فرهنگ غربی، نسبت به بومی گرایی و تعلیم وتربیت بومی بی تفاوت است. رویکرد کثرت گرایی رادیکال نیز با دامن زدن به نسبیت گرایی رادیکال، نوعی بومی گرایی و تعلیم وتربیت بومی افراطی را تجویز می کند و باب هر نوع تعاملی را بین فرهنگ های مختلف و نظام های آموزشی می بندد. اما رویکرد جهان محلی شدن نسبت به بومی گرایی و تعلیم وتربیت بومی، رویکرد معتدل تری دارد و بر تعامل جنبه محلی و بومی با جنبه جهانی تاکید می کند.

Abstract: 

Academic socialization as a process of creating and developing an internal commitment to the norms and values of the academic and academic arena is one of the basic pillars of the production and distribution of science. In other words, science is governed by norms, values and standards that cannot be realized and sustained if members of the scientific community fail to comply. The importance of addressing academic community, in addition to its role in the production of science and the promotion of knowledge, is also important in terms of assessing the quality of universities. In the issue of the quality of universities and higher education institutions, evaluating the mentality of stakeholders involved in education and research is one of the pillars of quality in higher education, without which it would not be possible to assess quality properly and comprehensively. The present study aimed to investigate the Academic Socialization of students and its effective factors in universities of the country. Based on the quantitative approach and internet survey, 482 graduate students from 5 universities of Tehran, Tarbiat Modares, Shahid Beheshti, Shiraz and Ferdowsi have been collected. The results of this study indicate that the general status of academic socialization of graduate students in the five universities studied in the quadruple dimensions of the role of graduate student, role conflict, participation, investment, and professional identity perceptions based on the desirability range. Also, based on structural equation modeling, academic capital and academic self-efficacy have the most impact on academic socialization of graduate students.

Abstract: 

The main purpose of this study is Standardization, validity and reliability of Bloom’ s family functioning scale (FFS) among married men and women in Isfahan City. Methodology is descriptive in type of Psychometric. Therefore, number of 524 questionnaire were distributed among married women and men as clustering sampling in Isfahan City, and 524 questionnaires were collected that 262 were women and 262 were men. Then, obtaining of study purposes, reliability coefficient of subscales was calculated by alpha Koronbach method. Bloom scale reliability was specified by many ways: 1. Structural equation modeling method, 2. Correlation between subscales questions, 3. Criteria reliability method that correlation coefficients of bloom’ s family functioning scale was calculated by family assessment scale (FAD). Finally, percentage rankings and T-standard scores was calculated as norms of Bloom’ s family functioning scale. In sum, with regards to results of study, it claimed that Bloom’ s family functioning scale have acceptable reliability and validity in this society and it can be used as family functioning scale in research, advising and consultation works.

Abstract: 

The main function of the Quranic product in the field of children is the transfer of education and Qur'anic teachings with a mental and creative style. A product that can properly open up new Quranic religious and epistemic arenas to children, and impregnate their small and mysterious world with supernatural spirituality. It is natural that this product, like other products, is distributed by the manpower and distributed in the market, and the process of observing it is also exposed. This research is aimed at discovering and identifying these injuries with a qualitative approach. Therefore, based on a targeted qualitative sampling method, 20 of the main actors in this field have participated in this study and the method of analysis has been used for data analysis. The findings of the study consist of 8 main damage in three dimensions of process, structure and environment: weakness in the formulation of upstream documents and formal rules, policy making and strategic planning, systemization, mechanism of financial and budget support, creation of knowledge, creativity and innovation, marketing And weakness in product attitudes.

Abstract: 

The main aim of this study was to analyze the lived experiences of students about limitations and challenges of culture of criticism in universities and higher education institutions The dominant approach in this study was a qualitative approach that attended by 28 participants from among students of Kashan university. Purposive sampling and semi – structured deep interviews were conducted. Data analysis was performed based on the 7 step Colaizzi s technique. Depth analysis of experiences and narratives of participants showed that culture of critique in universities confronted with two challenges: extra university challenges and intra university limitations. Extra university challenges concerned with social and cultural conditions and context and its influence over conceptions and experiences of students and intra university obstacles refers to internal problems and educational limitations of higher education centers that prevents the culture of critique. Obviously, expanding and spreading the culture of criticism requires that a coherent and planned effort be made to solve these challenges in order to provide the necessary conditions for the implementation of different functions of the universities, especially its cultural, social and intellectual functions.

"Investigating Factors Influencing the Economics of culture in Iran" is a step towards understanding the defective dimensions and promoting its knowledge. This qualitative research is a kind of theory based on data. Intervener conditions: "The need for cultural factors to be familiarized with economic relations and cultural skills", "Advertising and education". Ground conditions: "the imbalance of imports and exports, " "the violation of the private and material rights of the private sector", "the decisive role of capitalists and intermediaries "And the consequences: "economic effects", "preservation, promotion and transfer of culture", "strengthening authority and security", "environmental protection".

Abstract: 

One of the most important institutions for education, human resource development and the main factor for the progress and development in each country is higher education. There are some indicators for ranking universities and academic departments around the world. University ranking is one of the most important tools for determining the strengths and weaknesses of them. Designing a ranking model of academic departments in Iranian state universities to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of the higher education system is necessary for optimal allocation in human and financial resources. The approach of this research is qualitative and exploratory. The statistical population includes experts in higher education. Fourteen experts were selected through purposeful sampling. Data were collected by semi-structured interview. Obtianed data were analyzed by content analysis approach. The findings of the research show that the academic department ranking has been done by four main factors including: input with four indicator, the process with three indicator, output with four indicator and outcome with three indicator. In this research wights of every one of the factors and indicators has been determined by AHP method.
