Abstract:

In Two types of library and field information are used to collection data and information. Three areas (social, economic and urban services) and 54 variables were used to develop the Ahwaz city areas, where the information was obtained through statistics and detailed design. To measure the sense of social security, 12 variables were obtained from the questionnaire. The sample size was calculated using 320 Cochrane methods, T-test and Pearson correlation were used to measure the level of security feeling and its relation with development. Eventually, the fuzzy inference system was used in the MATLAB environment for regulatory development and security. Based on Vicor, Area 2, the first level of development and areas 6, 7 and 8 are in the final ranking. T – test, also showed that there is a difference in security between Ahvaz urban areas. The results of the correlation test indicated that there is a relationship between the developments of regions with the sense of social security of citizens. The results of the test of the fuzzy system indicate that according to the development rate of the city of Ahwaz, the security of citizens is moderate, low and very low.

Abstract:

Cities and towns are not equally threatened by different dangers that potentially threatens them. This is because of different social, physical, environmental and cultural sizes of the cities. Therefore, each city or town follows a different approach. This requires thorough research studies on investigating the criteria and related indexes and their impacts of urban structure and resilience. This study has a practical nature and uses descriptive-analytical method to identify the effective resilience factors and physical indexes of urban neighborhoods, and also to evaluating and assess the physical resilience of Kish Island’ s neighborhoods. The researcher attempts to present a framework for evaluating the rate of physical resilience. Then the data was collected by field methodology and questionnaire. In the next step, the conditions of neighborhoods in terms of resilience were provided by Friedman method and the resilience condition of the neighborhoods were calculated based on the effective parameters. The results showed that Nobonyad and Arabha Neighborhoods are respectively the best and the worst neighborhoods in terms of resilience. The second, third and the fourth rank of high resilience are line of the beach and respectively belongs to Eest and Sadaf neighbuor hoods. Due to the executive capability of the findings of this research study it is possible to provide a framework for evaluating and assessing the resilience of other urban neighborhoods.

Abstract:

Urban spaces as areas for social life, are places for urban activities, social correlations, social interchange and formal behavior with others. Considering the features and uses, and according to the qualities of these spaces, they are capable of extending the social domain and they can have negative or positive effect on social connections, trust, social correlations and collaborations which all are components of social capital. One of the factors that can increase the level of interactions, is the movement of pedestrian in urban spaces. This research is done to discover and analyze the effects of walkability on improving the social capital in the sample neighborhoods of Tehran Megalopolis. In this research for determining of neighborhoods walkability level, GIS, VICKOR models, Shanon entropy and AHP, and for the testing of the social capital indexes is used questioner method and SPSS software. The result of this research shows that with the correlation coefficient (0. 144) between two variables, there is no meaningful relation between walkability and social capital. So, with rejecting the hypothesis of the research, it's true that it can not be said firmly that with walkability spaces we can improve social capital, but maybe it can be said that the existing spaces are not qualified enough, and with creating pedestrian – oriented spaces with qualities based on urban design principles or with improving the quality of existing spaces can be improved social capital in the urban spaces.

Abstract:

The present study, with the nature of developmental-applied and descriptive-analytical method, has investigated the spatial distribution of urban green infrastructure of Tabriz metropolitan areas with spatial justice approach. In this study, fuzzy network analysis (ANP Fuzzy) was used to evaluate the suitability of green infrastructure. The green infrastructure was extracted in five completely suitable, appropriate, medium, inappropriate and completely inappropriate classes. On the other hand, landscape metrics (CA, NP, Pland, Pd, LPI) were obtained in Fragstats software environment. The results showed that Zone 1 was ranked as the most suitable class with 72% and other regions were Area Two with 51%, Area Ten with 21%, Area Four with 20%, Area Three and Seven with 17%, respectively. Percentage, Region 5 with 14%, Region 6 and Eight with 7% and finally Region 2 with no proper class rank second to tenth. Survey of landscaping results also showed that the status of green infrastructure in the ten areas except areas one, two and ten is poor. These results indicate that the suitability of urban green infrastructure from the perspective of spatial justice has not been observed in the ten metropolitan areas of Tabriz.

Abstract:

The rapid growth of urbanization and urbanization has caused many problems; one of the major problems is the inadequate urban texture. These textures are areas of urban spaces that, in comparison with other areas of the city, have lagged behind the development and evolutionary cycle of life and have become the focus of urban problems and failures. In recent years, the urban regeneration approach has been introduced as a late approach in the field of restoration to solve the problems of inefficient urban contexts. Sustainable urban development must consider in order achieving regeneration. Therefore, the sustainable urban regeneration approach, taking into account all social, economic, physical and environmental aspects, has a comprehensive, integrated and sustainable perspective on improving the physical, social and environmental status of inefficient tissues. The present study was conducted by identifying the factors affecting the inefficiency of urban tissues and evaluating the degree of stability and instability in the dysfunctional texture of Yazd city using a qualitative-quantitative sequential combination research method. In the first part (qualitative research) the research data is identified through studying the theoretical foundations and literature of the research, the criteria and indicators affecting sustainable Regeneration based on the selected research approach, and in the second part (quantitative research) through survey method, 385 questionnaires between Inhabitants of Inefficient Tissues were completed and analyzed by SPSS software. Given that, many factors are involved in sustainable regeneration of dysfunctional urban tissues. In the qualitative studies of the research, by layered survey,

Abstract:

The house is one of the main requirements of human to achieve comfort and relaxation. It plays an essential role in life’ s quality and is an index of welfare in a society. According to the central bank of Iran reports, the housing share in households has increased by more than 30 percent from 2008 to 2017. This rate increased by 43 percent in 2017. These values are also higher for lower deciles. In 2016, 78% of low-income households’ income was spent on housing and food. Therefore, these families unable to enjoy urban amenities. Also, due to the annual movements which cause many problems of hiring and stresses, the priority of citizens is house purchasing. Therefore, families search in the city to find suitable apartments according to their needs and budget. Awareness of property prices is important for both homeowners and customers. If buyers know the prices of apartments in the area, not only find the most suitable unit based on their needs and budget but may not also be defrauded by some individuals. Researches show that residents of each area look for apartments around the previous areas for purchase or rental of residential units. The price information gives people more freedom and confidence to find the best cases, and save time and money instead of limit themselves to the surrounding area.

Abstract:

With the increase in the elderly population, the calm and healthy urban environments must be provided according to the elderly needs and preferences. In recent year urban environments are being monitored and evaluated by urban planners and managers to improve the quality of the elderly life and urban aged-friendliness. There are a variety of approaches to these surveys, from traditional questionnaire completion methods to the use of GIS-MCDA algorithms, all of which have been used in research. In the present study, two GIS-based MCDA approaches, including global and local TOPSIS, multi-criteria decision making based on GIS system for evaluation of Elderly Friendly City in Parts of Region 6. Seven criteria, including distance from health services, distance from transportation services, security, pollution, distance from public services, sidewalks status, and distance from green space were chosen as the inputs for the GIS-MCDA process. The initial weights of criteria were calculated using Best-Worst Method (BWM). According to the results derived from global TOPSIS, there is a decreasing trend in the aged-friendliness form the northern to southern areas, while there is not any trends in the output of local TOPSIS method. Moreover, the total area of urban blocks with high values of age-friendliness using global TOPSIS (622528. 46 m2) was more than local TOPSIS (401899. 76 m2). Comparing the age-friendliness map obtained by the two methods and the map generated using the field surveys ( Borda method) shows that the results of global TOPSIS are more consistent with the field-based map.

Abstract:

The city of Bojnourd is one of the cities that, due to the rapid, scattered and unbalanced growth of the new political and administrative roles and the sudden increase in urban population, is facing serious problems in various urban dimensions, especially in the current and future situation; The necessary policy and planning must be done by adopting the appropriate approach for its balanced and sustainable future development. In the present study, with descriptive-analytical and exploratory approach, first, the components of ecological city are extracted in five environmental, economic, social, managerial and physical categories in the form of 88 components and during the Delphi interview process, 16 priority components for localization in the city. Bojnourd was identified. In the second step, the prioritization of the components was done through the nominal group method and based on the comparison of its result with the Delphi result and the degree of their adaptability; the components were classified into three categories. The first floor, components with the highest adaptability, including components of improving waste and municipal wastewater, urban intelligence, utilization of public transport and clean energy, development of comprehensive, codified and integrated laws in the field of ecological, culture and style Citizen life is the existence of valuable cultural bodies in the old part of Bojnourd, controlling and managing suburbanization and informal settlements. Therefore, it is suggested that the role of these factors in the realization of the ecological city be examined and considered in future programs.

Abstract:

in the contemporary era, with the rise of individualism, the development of public spaces as an adjunct to human beings has become more important in bringing them closer to each other and compensating for some of the current lost social capital in the architectural and urban contexts of the past. However, today these spaces have undergone extensive changes that have largely distanced themselves from their original nature and failed to respond to the needs of citizens. Evaluates after interventions. Different tests such as exploratory factor analysis, single sample T test, ANP network analysis process and structural equation modeling were used for data analysis. Finally, the extent of explaining and predicting the implementation of the Branch Square project on the socio-cultural developments of Branch Square neighborhoods under the influence of causal relationships among the six components was analyzed by structural equation modeling. The results showed that social motivation indices (with coefficient of T = 5. 363); social interactions (with coefficient of T = 11. 1818); and visual quality (with coefficient of T = 9. 9402) were positive and higher than standard. As a result, the implementation of the Green Field Project has refined and enhanced the social structures and attitudes of urban people by enhancing visual quality and creating a center for social interaction and urban communication. Based on the research findings, it can be stated that this project is in transition phase and has not yet reached the final level of quality, satisfaction and social desirability.

Abstract:

Enhancing energy, creating wealth, and respecting citizenship rights along with streamlining the way people are provided with services depends on the intelligence of organizations. For this reason, in recent years, the urban management intelligence paradigm has become one of the main categories in the research literature in this area, and each group and organization also claims to have applied all or at least a significant part of the process in practice. This is while according to the latest ranking in 2018, none of the cities in Iran is on the list of the world's best intelligent cities. Consequently, in this study, the design of the intelligent organization model has been examined for the municipality to determine its executive and practical strategies and the components that affect intelligence. This study was conducted in a descriptive and analytical manner in which the required data were collected from a sample of 400 experts and scholars. Finally, the collected data were evaluated using structural equation method and the hypotheses presented in a causal structure were tested with partial least squares or PLS, bootstrapping technique, and so on. The results showed that the overall fit of the model was appropriate and considering the amount of factor load obtained, intelligent governance, intelligent dynamics, intelligent life, intelligent people, intelligent economy, and ultimately, intelligent environment, respectively, have the most effect on establishment of a smart organization to manage the city.
