Abstract: 

The focus on the establishment and development of electronic government in Iran is one of the serious plans of all governments in the Islamic Republic. Indeed, all government programs in the field of reforming the administrative system have dealt with the importance and urgency of developing executive programs for its development. Currently, the establishment of electronic government has experienced ups and downs which making it difficult to be actualized and generalized. However, according to UN statistics, Iran has fallen in the ranking. Thus, the paper tries to identify the pattern of the effect-and being affected-of the challenges and strategic issues of e-government development using DEMATEL. Data collection tool was a questionnaire. Out of 15 questionnaires distributed among e-government experts, 12 questionnaires were returned. The results showed that from among the 9 challenges, the lack of effective competition in information technology (IT) infrastructure and the relative monopoly in the government were the major problems. Furthermore, the existence of an appropriate view and firm belief in IT between managers and experts of government agencies and private sectors of the country greatly contributes to the development of electronic government. Ultimately, online access to the databases of the country is of great significance.

Abstract: 

The growth of various studies accomplished regarding the barriers to electronic banking and facing with a kind of dispersed information in this context necessitates performing combinational studies which would provide researchers with the extract of current studies related to this subject in a scientific and systematic way. The purpose of this study is to investigate the results of research works in the field of electronic banking barriers in Iran and to examine the 19 articles using the meta-analysis and comprehensive meta-analysis software (CMA2). A total of 10 studies have been selected and reviewed based on inclusive criteria. The result of meta-analysis regarding electronic banking barriers including 7 variables indicates that: managerial barriers with the effect size of 0. 751, cultural barriers with the effect size of 0. 598, regulatory barriers with the effect size of 0. 579, technical barriers with the effect size of 0. 544, and economic barriers with the effect size of 0. 518 have the most preventive effect on the establishment and development of e-banking.

Abstract: 

The importance of knowledge and knowledge-based activities in the present era is quite clear for any organization. All organizations have a large amount of information, but efficient use of information depends on the availability of efficient and specialized human resources capable of working with the organization's information in order to achieve the organization’ s goal. Focusing on the importance of knowledge in realm of current organizational activities, the current research aims to identify the factors affecting the knowledge sharing in project teams. The present study is a qualitative research that uses exploratory and survey research method. The statistical population of the study consisted of all experts working in Hamkaran System Group companies. Sample size was determined to be 17 using simple snowball non-randomized sampling method. For data analysis, Grounded Theory approach and 3 stages of open, axial and selective coding were used. Based on the analyzed data, 23 codes were selected as axial categories. Involvement in the knowledge sharing program was considered as a key code or category in the considered model. The paradigmatic model was used to analyze the 23 factors identified in order to explain the knowledge sharing model.

Abstract: 

Rapid technological change, increased cost of innovation and increased competition in new products and services have caused organizations to interact with the environment and its external stakeholders. This has led to the opening up of the organization's boundaries and the use of open innovation paradigms in developing internal trends in innovation and market expansion for external use of innovation. Cyber security technology is one the most changeable technologies. Preserving cyber security is one of the key issues in the country's national security, and access to native cyber security products is very important as well. The aim of this study is to identify the factors of development of open innovation in cyber security research institutes of Iran and provide solutions for developing these factors in cyber security research institutes. In this research, these factors are identified using Grounded Theory approach. To this end, 16 semi-structured interviews were conducted with experts. By analyzing the data in the open coding process with the help of the MAXQDA10 software, 10 sub-categories were produced in the form of 3 main categories. The model presented in this article is based on emerging design approach and the results have been explained as theoretical propositions.

The purpose of this survey is to explain the mediating role of online brand community commitment in the relationship between online brand community value co-creation and brand loyalty. The statistical population consisted of brand customers of social network members. Using simple random sampling technique, 392 people were selected. The electronic questionnaires were analyzed by AMOS and SPSS. The results showed that online brand community value co-creation had a significant effect on brand loyalty with a partial mediation of online brand community commitment and 21. 1% of the total effect was explained by the mediating variable. Also, online brand community commitment had a significant effect on brand loyalty. However, the effects of the mediating variable on brand commitment and brand quality were not confirmed. Abstract: 

Today, information plays the role of capital of the organization and the protection of corporate information is one of the important pillars of its survival. On the other hand, security issues and barriers are one of the most important issues in the field of information systems. For a long time, security was considered as one of the main components of information technology infrastructure. This study is an applied research in which meta-synthesis approach has been used for analysis. This research has been carried out using a meta-synthesis approach with a thorough and in-depth review of the subject and combines the findings of qualitative and quantitative research. In this regard, 118 articles on information security and information systems management were evaluated and 55 articles were selected. Then, by analyzing content analysis the relevant dimensions and codes were extracted and the importance and priority of each dimension was determined using Shannon entropy. Based on the findings of the research, knowledge about the value of information, the ability to retrieve information, the correct use of resources, and the coexistence of information and software has the highest importance among the 10 dimensions. Finally, following the research steps, a model for determining and deploying an effective information security management system was presented in three layers of identification, implementation structure, and design of the support system of the information security management system.
