Abstract: 

In this study the direct absorbance of Nano zinc oxide by a bivalvia (carbicula fluminea) tested in 48 h as short time period. The bivalvia stock with initial mean length 2.5±0.9 cm were gathered from nature resources and transferred into laboratory and distributed in 10 aquariums. Nano particles were spread in oltrasonic with 400 rpm. The tanks water was emulsioned with nanoparticles by homogenizer in 14000 rpm. The treatments were exposed to 0.25, 2.5 & 25 ppm nanoparticles. The Nano zinc oxide stocks in bivalves tissue and their distribution were measured by ICP & DLS. The results showed that the most nanoparticles were observed in the treatment which exposed to 0.25 ppm pollution (p<0.05) and the less absorbance was seen in the treatment which exposed to 25 ppm (p<0.05). The DLS test showed that the nanoparticles size was between 10-100 nanometers which confirmed that the nanoparticles were homogenized and didn’t sequestrate. In conclusion, the observance by bivalvia can be a benefit index for measuring the Nano zinc oxide's pollution in water.

Abstract: 

This research was to determine the median lethal concentration (LC50 96h) Glyphosate that is used a lot on arable lands in order to determine the lethal concentration 50% of the fish population in 96 hours on 180 common carp (Cyprinus carpio) fry weighing 3 to 5 g. The experiments were performed as a resident and according to the standard methods (O.E.C.D) for 4 days (96 hours) and measured and controlled physical and chemical parameters of water such as pH, total hardness, dissolved oxygen and temperature. Also investigated the behavior of common carp larvae carefully during the test period. Preliminary experiments were conducted to find a range of lethality by releasing 10 common carp larvae per aquarium 20 liter with continuous aeration. The final test was done 5 treatments (concentrations of 65, 69.64, 74.61, 79.92 and 84.61 ppm) and three replications. The amount of LC10, LC50 and LC90 were calculated using Probit test. Acute toxicity of Glyphosate herbicide in common carps were calculated 68.83 ppm and based on the standards for pesticide toxicity was graded in the row pesticides with low toxicity.

Abstract: 

The barbus fish is a genus of Cyprinidae in wet lands and rivers of Khuzestan Province. Barbus sharpeyi is a popular and good species for aquaculture. This study was done with the purpose of determination of bio technique of artificial breeding of Barbus sharpeyi in Khuzestan Province. In this study 400 female and 200 male broad stocks were injected and 346 of females and 144 of males were responded for breeding. The ratio of males to females was 1: 2. Fertilization percentage and hatch percentage were 65±2.76 and 62.2±2.25 and 65% of males & 70% of females were responded. The mean of fecundity of the whole fertilized egg were respectively 19856.56±988.62 and 4823000±1278.39. The number of cultured larvae and the survived fingerlings were 1600000 and 500000. The survival rates of the larvae with 1 and 7 gr weights were respectively 16% and 40%. At the end of the experiment, 3500 kg fingerlings were cultured. The results showed that the artificial breeding of Barbus sharpeyi can be done in Kkuzestan climate and this fish has a good resistance against the temperature and oxygen content changes during the breeding so artificial breeding of this species for aquaculture in Khuzestan province ponds is beneficial.

Abstract: 

Powder cloves is preparing of flowers and dry stalks cloves tree and used for an anesthesia fish in the short term.it is water-soluble and easily accessible with low cost. The anesthetic effects of clove powder were studied in juvenile rainbow trout (Oncorhynchus mykiss). The effects of exposures to various dosages of clove powder were measured. Times to induction and recovery from anesthesia were measured. It was used in concentrations of 50, 100, 150 and 200 mg/L clove powder and The hematological parameters was assessed before, immediately after 5 min of anesthesia and 24 h, after the anesthesia. Result indicated that time to reach various stages of anesthesia and recovery time of consciousness is directly correlates with the concentration of anesthetic solution.. Blood samples 5 min exposure clove powder caused the significant increase (P<0.05) in the hematocrit, hemoglobin and total erythrocyte count after anesthesia. These values returned back to normal within 24 hours. Clove powder anesthesia had not effect on other hematological parameters. Results of the examinations suggest that the use of clove powder at the concentrations of 50, 100, 150 and 200 mg/L does not cause irreversible damage of the blood parameters in rainbow trout.

Abstract: 

This study aims to determine and comparison trace elements Zn, P, K and Ca in fish eggs, muscle of fingerling, fish market and male and female breeding stock farmed Oncorhynchus mykiss from Lorestan province in 2011.75 samples by fish eggs, fingerling, fish market and male and female breeding stock were prepared. The highest and lowest of Zn obtained in liver of fingerling (26.90±1.15 mg/kg) and muscle of male breeding stock (6.16±0.45 mg/kg). The highest and lowest of P were in liver of fingerling (3966.42±125.86 mg/kg) and gill of female breeding stock (2400±144.76 mg/kg). The highest and lowest of K in muscle of fish market (5000±132.28 mg/kg) and in muscle of fingerling (3712.64±76.83 mg/Kg). The highest and lowest of Ca were in liver of male breeding stock (464.85±30.55 mg/kg) and muscle of fish market (193.39±15.27 mg/kg). Zn in liver and gill of fingerling muscle of fish market was higher than other growth stages. P in muscle, liver and gill of fingerling were higher than other growth stages. Concentration of K in muscle, liver and gill of fish market was higher than other growth stages. Ca in muscle, liver and gill of male breeding stock were higher than other growth stages.

Abstract: 

Three stations were determined to study a biodiversity, abundance and distribution of fish in Gave River. For this purpose the slope, height, bottom, water mean rate, … of the river were studied. The Cyprinidae had the most species and 9 genera were identified which 6 of them which contain Alburnus, squalius, Barbus, Capoeta, Garra, Cyprinion were the local genera and 3 of them were nonlocal which came with cultured carps. By the means of 2 genera (Oxynoemacheilus & Turcionemacheilus) were identified. The abundance study showed that in all seasons capoeta damascina in Kolgah station and Capoeta trutta in Agahgoone station and Oxynoemachilus sp in Tapeh Esmaeil were the most species and had the most abundance.

Abstract: 

This study was done to determine the effects of stocking density on growth factors of salmo trutta caspius. For this purpose, fingerlings with initial weight 7.25+0.4 g were distributed in 3 treatments with density of 50, 75 and 100 fish per each m3 and cultured for 60 days. The growth factors (BWI, LI, SGR, CF, and FCR) and survival rate were measured. The results showed that with density increase some of the growth factors which contain BWI, LI and SGR were decreased but some others (CF, FCR) were increased (p<0.05). Also the density of stocking had no effect on survival rates of treatments (p>0.05). In Conclusion, by study on growth factors and survival rate, the best results were observed in lower density (50 fish per each m3).
