Abstract: 

Background: creativity and innovation is a general and thorough concept whose increase as an integral element in the promotion of state of living, welfare and peace comfort of humans has been taken into account by economic experts and statesmen. Creativity is the core of survival in each organization. Over the past ages many organizations have disappeared due to the lack of creativity, even if they had periodic success in an operation or in a phase eventually they were subject to closure or change of system.Purpose: This study aims to examine effective factors in the development of creativity and innovation in IRIB organization.Method: In order to evaluate research hypotheses surveys and questionnaires applied to collect data. The participants in this study included experts and executives working in IRIB and amounted to 257 people.Findings: There is a meaningful link between management and development of creativity and innovation in IRIB.72% of the participants considered management as an effective factor in development of creativity and innovation in IRIB. Additionally, there is a meaningful link between organizational structure and the development of creativity.74% of the participants were acknowledged the effective role of organizational structure in the development of creativity and innovation in IRIB. There is also a meaningful relationship between rewarding and the development of creativity and innovation.67% of the people who took part in the surveys assessed the link between rewarding and development of creativity and innovation influential. There is also a meaningful relationship between creating opportunities for cooperation among staff and the development of creativity and innovation in IRIB organization.61% of the participants considered this relationship outstanding.Conclusion: The results of the analysis of Pearson correlation test indicates that such factors as management, organizational structure, rewarding and opportunities for cooperation among staff are influential on the promotion of creativity and innovation in IRIB organization.

Abstract: 

Background: One of the operational objectives and strategies for document of fundamental transformation in education is to establish creativity and innovation in education in the event of a comprehensive education and spiritual and moral development. On the other hand, authentic leadership, including new theory is to inspire and employ psychological capacity and innovation capabilities subordinates, has raised subordinates.Purpose: The purpose of this study was to predict innovation capabilities based on authentic leadership style in education.Method: The method of this research is descriptive, correlational and regression. The employees of Ghochan Education Organization were selected as the statistical population. For this purpose, a group of 95 employees of the Department of Education staff were chosen randomly as the sample. To evaluate the employee perceptions of authentic leadership, a standard questionnaire Elio and Valvmba (2007) was used, and to measure innovation capability, Tsai et al standard questionnaire (2001) was used. Reliability of the instrument for questionnaire was 0.91 and 0.87 by Cronbach's alpha, respectively. The data were also analyzed by the correlation test, multiple regression, and T-test.Results: The results showed that leadership component of the authentic except for balanced processing in employee education higher than the population. About innovation capability, human resource is not a significant difference. The leadership component 48% of ability to predict the innovation capability, the remaining 52 percent is related to other factors. Also, according to the values obtained from the t test, sub-scale of self-awareness with b=0.44 have a significant impact on the innovation capability.Conclusion: There is a relationship which predicts the innovation capabilities based on authentic leadership style, recommended that managers and leaders in education, by applying the appropriate executive leadership styles and approaches, prepare development of innovation capabilities in subordinates.

Abstract: 

Purpose: The purpose of this paper is to examine the role of human resource management practices on innovation, test the role of mediator organizational learning and knowledge management.Methodology: The methodology of this study was descriptive and correlational. The sample included all employees of Imam Khomeini Committee in West Azerbaijan, which was to include 437 subjects, of whom 205 subjects were selected using Morgan table estimates. Data were collected using standard questionnaires for human resource management practices perceived, knowledge management, organizational learning and innovation were used. Also, in order to examine the changing relationships in the conceptual model structural equation model was used.Results: The findings indicate a significant relationship between activities, human resource development and knowledge management and organizational learning. The mediating role of knowledge management and organizational learning in this study were approved. Direct link between human resource development and innovation activities in this study was not confirmed. The relationship between knowledge management and organizational learning and innovation in this study were approved.Conclusion: The important conclusion of this study was that by strengthening knowledge management and organizational learning, innovation of staff will improve.

Abstract: 

Purpose: The general aim of this research is to examine the effectiveness of Knowledge management on innovation in the university.Method: Research method is descriptive. The population of employees and managers of public universities in Tehran. 10 universities were selected in Tehran. A questionnaire survey was distributed to 364 respondents.Results: Results showed that the dimensions of the Knowledge management (Information technology, organizational structure and Organizational Culture) and innovation (Technical and Administrative) in public universities in Tehran is lower than average. The results show a significant relationship between the dimensions of Knowledge management and innovation. Between dimensions of the Knowledge management "Organizational Culture" more predictive power in improving innovation in the public universities in Tehran.

Abstract: 

Background: Nowadays Creativity and innovation management has turned into a strategic need for media organizations. It seems that even IRIB requires managing creativities and innovation in producing TV Content.Purpose: This research seeks to find a resolution to meet the needs in the form of an indigenous model.Methodology: The method which is applied in this research is Grounded Theory.10 top well-informed managers and TV. Programmers and also creativity, innovation and management experts and professionals in academic field were selected based on theoretical sampling. The data were gathered using in-depth interviews and then they were analyzed based on the mechanisms discussed in the methodology of grounded theory by implementing open, axial and selective coding process.Results: Therefore, the findings of this research are classified within four key categories. Creative TV Programming means those concepts indicating characteristics and aspects of TV Programming; the key issue of director of creative TV Programming, study the role of director during different steps of programming process; some of their primary responsibilities and intrinsic properties and skills are indicated in creativity and innovation management. The roles and obligations of the programmer within the process of programming and talents, skills and capabilities are included as the subcategories of programmer in creative TV Programming. Moreover, concepts related to basic needs, requirements and measurement in exploring creativity and innovation within the organization are included in the subcategory of organization and creative TV Programming.Conclusion: At the end, the conceptual model for creativity and innovation management in content production in IRIB TV was designed. This model includes 4 dimensions which are creating TV programming, director of creative TV programming, programmer in creative TV programming and organization and creative TV programming.

Abstract: 

Purpose: To investigate the relationship between psychological empowerment and creativity among the staff of the Ministry of Communications and Information Technology.Methods: In this study, our objective is applied, and the correlation of data collection survey. The study population consisted of all staff of the Ministry of Communications and Information Technology that their number is 387 out of which 193 patients were randomly designated as samples and questionnaires were distributed among them.Results: The results indicated that there is a significant positive relationship between psychological empowerment and creativity with the creativity scale, self-efficacy, autonomy, meaningful and effective, there is a significant positive relationship between the trust and confidence that there is creativity.Conclusion: Psychological empowerment impact on creativity and much higher psychological empowerment employees have had more creativity.

Abstract: 

Purpose: The main objective of this study was to offer prioritize pattern in the way for creative tourism in Iran.Methods: The present study is a practical purpose in terms of nature and type is a descriptive study. In order to collect data a documentary method was used. For thorough and comprehensive analysis, the country' s potential, especially cities, has tourism potential, and it has been evaluated using criteria creative tourism, and has been provided maps and proposed solutions for the introduction of these cities. In this direction to determine the importance of each criterion and determine the priority cities, Analytical Hierarchy Process AHP was used. Also, in order to analyze the data, Arc GIS software was used.Findings: The findings show the importance of the creative tourism substrates, so the relative weight of local culture and traditions is (0.215), folk art (0.159), ancient architecture and urbanism (0.143), historical elements (0.122), crafts (0.100), natural elements (0.071), food industry (0.054), literature (0.041), the local dialect (0.032), folk music (0.025), religion (0.021) and Geo tourism (0.071).Results: Based on the relative weights, each of substrates creative tourism cities Kerman, Arak, Qazvin and Ardebil are in the first priority and cities Chabahar, Yazd, Kashan, Qeshm, Tabriz, Hamadan, Kermanshah, Isfahan, Yasouj, Ahvaz, Ilam, Bushehr are the second priority for the development of tourism infrastructure.
