Abstract:

Qur'anic Sciences is a term for issues related to the knowledge of the Qur'an and its various aspects. The present library study has been organized in a descriptive-analytical method with a focus on Qur'anic sciences as one of the branches of the word of God (The holy Qur'an). Examining the hypothesis of the necessity of analysis of Quranic sciences in non-independent sources in order to achieve different and new interpretations is the main issue of the current study. The findings of research on the views of Qomi Neyshabouri system about the Qur'anic sciences in the interpretation of Tafsir Ghara'ib Al-Qur'an va Ragha'ib Al-Furqan, indicate that he has followed the path of Qur'anic Sciences scholars in the titles of "Mukham and Mutashabih, compilation of the Qur'an, calligraphy of the Qur'an, verbal Mutashabih, and conceptual understanding of the science of interpretation". However, his ijtihadi and sometimes different views in the field of "recitation", "waqf and first focusing on the concept of nabr and tanghim, content analysis, and critique of some narrations causing an acceptable decline in the Sunni narrative heritage" show the new approach and ability of the commentator in this area and proves the need for research and having access to the views of other commentators on the Qur'anic sciences.

Abstract:

Resistance is one of the important concepts in Islamic culture that Muslims can use to overcome the challenges created by the enemy and achieve their goals in dealing with the enemy. The challenges caused by the enemies have various aspects, the most important of which are political challenges. Enemy challenges can be created in both internal and external arenas. Thus, the political challenges of the Islamic resistance are of two kinds: internal political challenges and external political challenges. This paper, while examining the political challenges of the Islamic resistance in the internal arena, explains the Qur'anic solutions to these challenges. Through examining and analyzing the actions of the enemy, the most important internal challenges are disobedience, discord, influence, and ultimately the defeat and domination of tyranny. In order to face these challenges, the Holy Qur'an has stated different strategies such as conscientiousness, unity, insight, and finally fighting against oppression. The type of data collection in this study is library and the research question has been answered through a descriptive-analytical method.

Abstract:

Some Shari'a principles are comprehensive and they can cover many other Shari'a principles. Such macro principles are known as jurisprudential principles; Of course, some jurisprudential principles are superior to others in terms of inclusion, subject matter, documentation and validity. The principle of respecting Muslim blood is one of the principles that is widely used in criminal jurisprudence (fiqh). Although this principle has been cited sporadically in various jurisprudential issues with different phrases by jurists, but in none of the books related to the principles of jurisprudence have been mentioned independently. The present study uses an analytical-descriptive method to explain the Qur'anic and narrative foundations of this principle and its place in jurisprudence. The documents of this jurisprudential principle, including verses and hadiths, are completely proving this principle.

Abstract:

One of the ancient human civilizations is the civilization of ancient Egypt, which is understood as the existence of civilization in ancient Egypt from the verses of the Holy Qur’ an. The Holy Qur’ an refers to the historical geography of Egypt, including fertility, reserves, historical figures of the Egyptian religions, classification of Egyptian rulers and kings, and so on. One of the aspects in these verses of the Holy Qur’ an is the quality of architecture and urban planning of the land of Egypt, which in this paper explains the quality of the city Egypt, through an analytical-fundamental method. This paper studies four topics of antiquities and architecture of the Egyptian pyramids, tower and palace construction in Egypt, Egyptian gates and Egyptian urban structure. Finally, the findings suggest that the land of Egypt was one of the most modern areas in terms of urban planning and architectural structure, which indicates the existence of appropriate technical knowledge about this paper at that time.

Abstract:

According to the Holy Qur'an, divorce is a way to escape from family unresolved problems. For this reason, divorce should not cause new problems on its own. This presupposition has led the Holy Qur'an to design a moral model for life after divorce in order to protect men and women from problematic immoral behaviors. Based on this model, moral behaviors in the post-divorce period emerge in the context of legal beliefs and behaviors. Knowing this model and its various aspects can change the view of jurisprudential and moral activists on divorce and the type of exploitation of it. With the feeling of this necessity, the present paper tries to explain the jurisprudential contexts of moral behavior in life after divorce through a descriptive-analytical method and by referring to the Holy Qur'an and interpretive sources. Finally, the findings of the study suggest that from the point of view of the Holy Qur'an, all moral behaviors, both by women and men, occur in two areas of doing the righteous jobs and benevolence.

Abstract:

The Holy Qur'an is a universal and immortal book and is addressed to all human beings. The importance of the access of non-Arabic-speaking audiences of the Holy Quran to the content and serious purpose of Allah from the verses of the Quran has caused the Holy Qur'an to be translated into other languages. In this regard, the translator's attention to individual words will be an effective approach to provide an accurate translation of the words of the Holy Qur'an (words of God). In this paper, through an analytical-critical method and using the method of analysis of individual words, Asma' al-Af'al (names of actions) in the verses of the Qur'an in three translations of Elahi Ghomshei, Ayati and Makarem Shirazi are evaluated. The Persian translators of the Holy Qur'an have made an admirable effort in transferring the serious meaning of Asma' al-Af'al to Persian. However, the application of the method of analysis of individual words shows that translators have not been very successful in choosing Persian equivalences for Asma' al-Af'al in the Qur'an and have only reached the literal meaning of these words of the Qur'an. The aim of this research is a translation based on modern semantics so that Persianspeaking audiences approach the serious meaning of words.
